Review 1：Great bed and breakfast in Tozeur. Staff is welcoming and friendly (Mohammed and Fathia were very nice) and the owner (Taieb) was very kind and helpful, even though he was not there by the time of my stay. Its a nice quiet place and comfortable enough!
Review 2：Host invited me to join him in Iftar (breaking Ramadan at night with dinner) and we spent evening not speaking to each other at all just using hand gestures as neither of us could find a language of common ground! Wonderful way to be involved in Muslim tradition :)
Review 3：I had a fantastic time staying at Residence Tozeur. This was my first time traveling in Tunisia. The owner and his wife, Tayeb & Fatima, took great care of me. I was invited into their home and fed a wonderful meal by Fatima. Tayeb even loaned me his bike and drove me around the neighboring areas. The residence itself is beautiful, spacious and centrally located. I cannot wait until I can come back to Tunisia. This will be my first stop! If you are staying in Tozeur there is no better place to book.
Review 4：Laid back employees, good service and a really nice place. Comfy beds with air con. Had to park our car in the shady street since there is no parking. But the car was fine in the morrow. Good and affordable place to stay.
Review 5：Poor communication sometimes - no price given for laundry until after it was done, then suddenly, "oh, it's ten dinars". Wifi does not work in rooms, contrary to what it says on booking.com. The tour guide they found for us was great, but the tour was quite expensive. The hotel we stayed at in Sousse was almost the same price, but much, much nicer, so we felt a bit ripped off there. There were also noise issues due to construction right outside our window.

Review 8：Our guide for a planned 3 day tour didn't showed up. Within a hour or so had the owner planned and arranged a substitute trip with a great english speaking guide that turned out to be better then the cancelled one. We felt very well taken care off. Will return here.
Review 9：50 euro for single occupancy is way too much: 1. short beds, hardly any warm water in the morning, very narrow showering space, no extra blanket possible - which you certainly need when with two, no breakfast included; 2. compared to other rooms I had in Tunesia. Even the 5star El Kasbah in Kairouan - not to be missed!- charges less...

Review 14：Good location and very fair price. Mr. Tayyip, the english speaking boss was great to help with the tours, and made us Tunisia trip way more easier. On the other hand we had some cool chats. Rooms and athmosphere is also quite nice, nothing to worry about.

Review 16：Taieb, the hotel's kind, friendly and multi-lingual proprietor asked me about my wishes on arrival and then organized a full day-trip to the best local sites in his own car before treating me to a home-cooked dinner at his own home. The other staff of the hotel are also very friendly and the location is great, adjacent to the old medina and oasis. Recommended for couples and families too!

Review 20：There was a friendly bug of some kind in my bathroom the night I arrived. Perhaps this is due to being near the desert and came in via the sink? Also, the caulk around the tub in the bathroom is poorly sealed and not maintained.
Review 21：Owner is quite nice and helpful, interesting to talk to about the current state of Tunisia. He drove me to some of the scenic areas out of town. He invited me to dinner with him and a friend and then to her house for nightcap. Location quite good, right near central area. Effort to be modern.
Review 22：The hotel manager was super friendly and extremely helpful! He organized fresh orange juice for the breakfast especially for us and offered us a perfect one day trip to all the sights and beautiful places around Tozeur. I'll definitely come back!!
Review 23：1) The over paid price (unfortunately there were no other decent accommodation options between Christmas/New Year in Tozeur 52Euros per night was ridiculous! I stayed at places half that price and better value in Tunisia!)2) being asked to move rooms after my first night (to which I declined) 3) the lock on my door somehow being broken by staff (or I hope not an intruder) whilst I was out for the day and my door being left unlocked. 4) The ant infestation in the room.

Review 28：Lovely comfortable bed Greeted by the manager on arrival who spoke excellent English and went out of his way to ensure a warm welcome. The manager also took considerable time to explain the available facilities in the town and surrounding area without being pushy in any way or trying to sell us anything. On asking for a restaurant recommendation for dinner, the manager took us in his own car for an exceptionally tasty meal. Clean hotel, centrally located, very friendly staff. Excellent.
