Review 1：Housekeeping tried to get into our room to get some beer out of the fridge by saying they left it there when they were cleaning. The bed linens and pillows were not the cleanest. We asked for clean towels however we got one set instead of two. The breakfast room only had three tables in it however there is a sign on the door not to take the food out of the room so many were just standing around. It appeared that people were coming off the streets to eat and it shortened the amount of food for the paying customers.

Review 3：Worst Experience ever!!! Bedding was dirty. Found hair on sheets when getting reading for bed on both beds. Had to go to office and get cleans sheets and when asked why. I told them cause there is hair on the sheets. No apologies from front staff. Room only had 4 towels. (2 big towel and two small towels) while in the office another customer was complaining and front staff said sorry you booked online you have to deal with them.

Review 9：The staff new our window did not have a lock and didn't bother to let us know! So ANYONE could have came in through the window. When I told them, the said "Oh yeah the window from that room doesn't lock" they didn't bother to say, we'll send someone or do you want to change rooms nothing! The housekeeper "cleaned" the room my bed was full of dirt. The staff from the front desk were snobby, absolutely rude as well.

Review 10：The location is less than desirable. It is more a truck driver's stop, so the crowds get loud in the evening, and the lighting is poor in the parking lot. The mattress in our room was uncomfortable; mattress is very squeaky and you can feel the coils. Also, very disappointed with the hotel's policy and booking.com's arrangement to hold me liable for the duration of my reservation. I was willing to pay for my first night's stay and look for another hotel, but the management was still going to charge for the entire reservation. I do not like that policy; I will rethink booking my next reservation with booking.com next time. I found other hotels that were in a much better location and worth the extra price. This is not a good arrangement. What happens if you get stuck in a hotel with bad service or in a bad location? Not fair.

Review 11：The rooms were clean, and the staff came in every day and changed our sheets and towels. We received very good service for the price. the price for the rooms was a bargain. the room included a clean, working refrigerator and microwave, good TV reception and a safety deposit box.

Review 22：I wouldn't call what they had a "deluxe" breakfast. They have a stove top in the room but provide nothing to cook with. They charged my card before we even checked in when we were going to pay in cash. Was a hassle to get it refunded and back into my bank.

Review 30：your web page saying your room had a balcony when it was a walk way. saying your room had a flat screen tv when in reality it was an a 9 yr old tube model the picture shows you are a super 8 were I could of used my wyndam rewards card but of course I couldn,t. my money will speak louder than my words next time I stay at a motel that actually gives me what they promise

Review 32：A huge cucaracha visit us early in the morning (Really disgusting). We stay two nights and they didn't clean up the room before first night. The manager try to open our door when we were sleeping because he told us we were not registered.

Review 33：The room was not ready when I checked in. House keeping did not leave any washcloths or cups for drinking water on the first day. There was a coffee maker, but on neither day was there coffee, coffee cups, sugar, etc. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The fridge had food in it, I assume from previous guests. The AC unit was super loud.

Review 35：I liked all really. It was easy to get to and close to the airport. I am from Sweden so it was convenient both coming and leaving. Also wi-fi was important to be able to communicate and it worked perfect all the time. Also I travelled with a grown daughter and wi-fi was a must. It was clean and nice staff and breakfast in the morning. Also the location close to the gas station and some restaurants made it really easy to get what was needed as there was no dining at the Inn. The price was the most important for me when I looked for living on the internet from Sweden. And here I got all I needed to the best price. Even the pool and the possibility to sunbathe by the pool made it all nice. And it was easy to go places during my 10 days stay. So I was really satiesfied with it all. It was also quiet since it was most families and truckdrivers I guess who stayed there. There were no disturbances at all. Also with the laundry facilities and the fridge and micro in the room it made it all practical and convenient and for me that didn´t have a lot of money it was super!

Review 95：The room was hot, the refrigerator wasn't working and was making a sound that sounded like it was going to explode or something so we turned it off. The assistant manager, Mary, was very rude, not willing to help, and a liar. The supposed owner cussed at me and used vulgar language! He was also very rude and wasn't fair or clear about the policy! He wasn't helpful at all and had very poor customer service skills especially for supposedly being the owner. I don't know if he was telling the truth or not but if he was, a new superior should be assigned to this place! Used threats and didn't try to understand the miscommunication and mislead information that was given. Didn't even care id we were satisfied with the place or not. I will NEVER return to this hotel and I will tell everyone I know a bad review about this hotel. I travel a lot and have many friends who are always going and coming and I will tell them all the ugly experience I encountered with this hotel. Worst place I have ever been and worst customer service ever. Horrible hotel and staff! I hope it gets closed down or they get new owners and managers/superiors!

I had to load my luggage and equipment back up andrelocate to another room on the opposite end of the Inn. No apology orconsideration was offered, and the clerk sent out another guest with my"new" key-card. The promised "free wi-fi" signal wasso low, that I couldn't stay connected. In fact, the signal from thenearby Burger King restaurant was stronger. When I asked the young,female desk clerk about this, she told me that she "didn't knowhow that worked" and was left with the feeling that she reallydidn't care either.
