Review 1：It was not ready for check in... meaning... there were no towels, my husband saw a few roaches, the tables were sticky and it was just overall a dirty place that I did not want my 2 year old son to be playing around in.

Review 2：I chose not to stay. The gentleman at the front was very kind and had great customer service skills.

Review 3：It was dingy and dirty. The place looked like an apartment complex. There was trash on the floors outside of the complex. The inside of the room was gross. The top blankets had stains, the matress was torn on the sides. Top icing on the cake and decision to leave was one of the beds had a white crusty stain on it. I can only imagine what that might be. Stains I can deal with but crust no! That truly shows it wasnt washed. It appered this place house some type of homeless program. On a positive note the front end staff were friendly and professional

This is the city's problem, and they really need to clean up the area with better policing and show a little pride in the community- the hoteliers can't really move a hotel/ motel to a better part of town; the sad part is that this place was very under booked- and this hurts the hotel.

Review 15：Nice large older room; nice staff. Motel a hotel than a motel- included An Unexpected complementary breakfast. An Exceptionally good value all in all. Will be staying again in the future.

Review 26：Strange people walking around at night around the building talking really loud and smoking. The hall way smelled like cigarette as soon as I entered the building to go to my room. The floor in the bathroom had a puddle of water on the floor near the shower. There were cigarette ashes on the knob of the sink. Worse of all, there were hair and pubic hair all over the shower tiles. I couldn't fall asleep due the uncleanliness. The picture they post is misleading. The room is outdated and looks nothing like the pictures.

Review 32：The front desk girl, Ariaa, was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend. She made our stay there horrific! She was very aggressive and insinuated that I was doing something wrong. We will take our business elsewhere if she is still working there the next time we want to rent a room.

Review 34：The room itself was a bit oldskool. Especially the bathroom could use a renovation. The lamp on the night stand only had one bulb instead of two, and the top was crooked due to it being loose. Also not a lot of towels for a two queen bed room.

Review 35：The beds were very comfy. The hotel is in the center of Fresno, right accross Walmart and close to other shops too. Perfect gateway to Sequoia or Yosemite. Not a lot of noise. The free breakfast is nice, with toast, waffles and fruit juice.

Review 40：When I checked in I was told I was getting a downstairs which I agreed to then she gave my an upstairs. This was in the back with a broken security door. I went into the room and there were no pillow cases cigarette burns in the couch (this was suppose to be a nonsmoking room) I also asked for an ironing board that was not broke which I never got and the furniture was poorly maintained . I even called the front desk and later asked maintanence myself for an ironing board because I needed to press a shirt for dinner with family and that never happened. The next morning at about 7am I go to get Coffee and a few pastries for me and my wife and the man at the front desk would not let me take the pastries. I was already disgusted enough since my wife was afraid to go out of her room or take our little dog out because a few other guest had pit bulls. One lady was walking two of them. Our dog was attacked by one at a hotel before in Carlsbad Ca. a few years ago so you may see my concern however from the looks of it you they don't care about the safety of little dogs nor children for that matter. But I guess guess enforcing one's pastry authority is more important.

Review 42：- Rooms are very dirty and I could find hair in the blanket. Clearly, the blanket was not changed neither cleaned. - In the breakfast, there were only coffee and some juices. There was a basket for bread, but the staff was not renewing the food. - Furniture in the rooms were very old and they seemed to be dirty, as well. - No elevators for the second floor.

Review 44：Room was dank, and a bit stained. When you walk in the building there is not art on the walls, but you can see where the frames were...? Kind of creepy. The hall smelled a bit like onions and cigarette smoke even though there were clear signs stating not to smoke near the entrances or inside of the buildings. I was a little nervous that leave my car, and actually took extra measures to park under a lamp and near a camera. This was mostly because even though the entrance is supposed to be monitored people seemed to walk in and out as they pleased at all hours. The breakfast area was over run by unruly unsupervised children. No one in sight to tell them not to pour 6 cups of waffle batter and smear it on the counter.

Review 60：Do not stay here!!!!! Unsafe hotel. I was my husband, our 4girls, and me.1. Our bed wasn't made when we first came in. We then left to visit family and when we came back the bed was made with the same dirty sheets, and comforter. When asked them to bring up a new set which was the wrong size, then the second set was the right size (king) but didn't fit either. 2. The entry area to the bathroom was dirty, the microwave was dirty, and there was a dirty spot on the counter top by the lamp. 3. When we went to eat for breakfast their wasn't none. 4. Besides the bed not being made we noticed our window wasn't able to be locked we had to have the maintenance man close it from the outside so we could lock it. We asked them to do this in the AM. It didn't happen until late night 9pm. The window in my room was an easy access for the homeless to climb on the roof and stay in the room which is what we believe was going on. The maid and the front desk rep stated no one has been in that room so they didn't know why the room was dirty and their was not towels. When we finally did get towels they were dirty. 5. We had to pay and extra 20.00 to check in early. Roach coach

Review 95：Just had dog groomed (cut very short) day b4 arrival. He was for sure flea free b4 arrival, but after 24 hrs., when 1st noticed, he was infested w/ 100's of fleas! Unbelievable and shocking (to us) to see so many. We think they came from room, b/c saw fleas on a white pillow that had fallen on floor--why would they be there(?) but cannot be totally sure w/out more thorough investigation, which we didn't have time for. Dark carpet made it impossible to see if they were on floor. Never seen so many fleas (on him) in our lives. In addition to pest control, we comb him daily, hence is flea free. Because of this "flea problem" we could not stay the 2nd night altho had paid in advance. We were refused a refund b/c they said it was "Not Booking's policy--they insist on 24 hrs. notice, but we didn't notice this problem soon enough, were so busy/tired. Had only paid for 2 nights. We arrived the 27th, went directly to a party, came home late, went to bed exhausted, didn't notice fleas til next a.m. Had to bathe, comb, dry him to totally deflea which took over an hour in bathtub. This made us late to our brunch party. We took our small Yorkie dog w/ us. As soon as got back from party, we reported problem, but they said "too late" for refund. We had to pack up and leave, totally exhausted.

Old, unrenovated hotel with strange, ratty furniture and bed, AC that didn't work well, and lots of sketchy characters hanging around. Literally falling apart, and the thermostat shot sparks at me! Review 111：The staff and the discount given fir a 13-week timeframe where I would stay for at least 3 nights per week for a travel nursing contract. The room was comfortable.

Review 112：Waited 30 minutes before getting checked in. There were no employee at the desk at all. When the guy finally came, there were no apologies at all. Even the employee said that almost half the rooms weren't clean, so he had to go clean them himself, that's why he wasn't there. This got me already worried, I was going to just go to another place, but it was getting late, so I just went along. Said he was going to give us a clean room and said to give him a call if anything were to happen. Got to the room and everything looked fine until I took a closer look. The place was dusty like crazy! Seemed like it hasn't been dusted for years! There were still hair on the bathroom floor. It was just very unclean. Do not recommend.
