Review 2：long check in time, bathroom sink crack, water back up in the sink. and water back up in the shower tub..... there was a pile of hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in... It was still there the next day after I return from work... they need serious cleaning in the bathroom and bedroom. and change the bedding and bedsheet everyday....

Review 6：No bell closet, so cannot store bags for you on getaway day. Brand affiliation uncertain as the property's status with the Comfort Inn / Choice Hotels organization is in limbo and they are going it alone for the present. Maybe another name change in its future.

Review 7：Great location five minutes from the 7 train terminus and a 15-minute walk to / from Citi Field and the Flushing tennis venue. Superb hard-working staff, scrupulously clean, breakfast that exceeds expectations. A bargain in the shadow of much pricier options like Sheraton and Hyatt Place a block away. This place has much lower rates and delivers nearly all you need with a gracious smile.

Review 8：No early check in/ room smelled / AC barely kept room cool/ they changed the price of my room after my first night.. Saying that booking.com was wrong about price posted. This upset me and cost me an additional $50 I wasn't anticipating !

Review 37：Very easy to get to Manhattan by subway or train, and quick and easy for LaGuardia, JFK or the baseball stadium. Lots of great Chinese restaurants and a busy high street. Good to see the real areas of NY rather than always downtown Manhattan.

Review 41：Our flights were cancelled at JFK. The only rooms available were at this hotel. What a blessing! The staff helped us procure transporation from the airport to the hotel that was most comfortable AND economical. Once there, check in was a breeze. We had just returned from travel overseas. The beds were the MOST comfortable yet and the bed sheets were AMAZING. The staff also helped us with transportation from the hotel to the airport which was once again, most comfortable AND economical. They also helped up find a good place to eat nearby AND even the people in the area were pleasant and helpful. This hotel was in Flushing (Queens) NY. For those traveling to or through NY city, Manhatten and Brooklyn were OVERRATED compared to this location in Queens. When we travel to or thru NY again that requires overnight accommodations, we will opt for this location over any others. Breakfast was also included. The breakfast area was always neat and clean with tv to watch. There was also internet access throughout the hotel AND a computer set up in the lobby for your use at no additional charge. It came in handy since we managed to leave our cell phone in the cab. Miraculously, the person who rented that cab after us found the cell phone AND RETURNED IT!
