Review 1：I wish there was a bigger skillet.
Review 2：The condo was listed as Oceanview. I was very pleasantly surprised to see it was actually ocean front and the master bedroom was bayfront view. I loved being within walking distance to johns pass which we walked to almost daily. I thought our condo was very roomy as well. The pool / hottub area seemed very clean as well.
Review 3：No wine opener, bought one and left it there. Not enough toilet paper Not enough salt and pepper. Not sure if management or owner needs to step it up.

Review 7：Condo was very nice, everything we wanted it to be. Condo was within walking distance to shops, food, not to mention on the Beach also had pool if you prefer.
Review 8：The place should not of been able to rent. It was run down, not clean,the management did say that had issues with the building .I have taken photos which I will be sending you when I return home, will also be looking for some refund as our stay was ruined after saving to go somewhere which looked far better on the info then it was. Would you please stop letting people be able to book Sea Breeze as it was so out dated etc.The whole place needs revamping from head to toe.

Review 10：The air-conditioning did not work (from arrival). TRS (managers) refused to send maintenance until the next day. When the unit was defrosted, they refused to refill it and told us we had to move. The alternate accommodation was shabby and not of a comparable standard. TRS were difficult to deal with. A refund was finally agreed (with help of booking.com) but not actioned. Three weeks later we have been told it is now being processed, but will take another 15 business days to reach our account. Our trip was ruined and we are still out of pocket.

Review 12：Had to use Shopping carts to get your luggage to your condo, check in/ out in another location, elevator was very slow and extremely hot. Laundry area was pay and outside.

Review 14：The Sea Breeze is located on a bend on Gulf Blvd which made it difficult to pull out as you could not easily see oncoming traffic. Our specific unit needed a few minor fixes (pull out couch bed slanted in one direction and the tv remote in the master bedroom was missing a back).

Review 16：There were no beach accessories....boogie boards, beach towels, beach bags....there were no basic spices in the cabinet like pepper and salt....the bed was very hard...the elevator was terrible...it was so slow, smelled bad, and had no fan/air conditioning.

Review 19：The condo was very nice. Kitchen was terrific. Even had the whole set of my dishes that I have at home. I felt right at home and jealous because they have the soup bowls I don't. Loved sitting have tea in the morning listening to the ocean waves. Beach was terrific.

Review 24：the view from unit 706 is amazing! The elevator was way to slow with no ac . The fridge had to be turned to coldest to keep stuff cold and the ice maker didn't work but there is a store close to get ice. I was very satisfied
Review 25：We were very impressed with our stay at Sea Breeze-the kitchen in our unit was VERY well stocked. Even had toys for the beach in the walk in closet-didn't have to buy anything To take to the beach. Will ask for this unit again when we go back!
Review 26：No extra rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, kleenex or dishwasher detergent were in the condo. For the price we paid these should have been available. Dishwasher was loaded with filthy dishes that smelled up the condo. We had to literally scrub them with a brillo pad to get them clean. Plus someone entered the condo while we were out and removed some furniture and replaced some lamps with out our knowledge. We should have been notified someone was going to be entering our condo. My niece stayed in the same complex and found blood stained sheets in the closet and no extra toilet paper, garbage bags or dishwasher detergent as well.

Review 28：Only one elevator for the entire complex, and it was very slow. The condo is advertised to accomodate up to 6, which is misleading, as the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable that no one could use it.

Review 30：Broken chairs were removed (not replaced), flickering light in bath 2 was fixed same day. Recommend a few more utensils (including a corkscrew) in the kitchen.
Review 31：location of place, end unit in the facility, friendly staff and quick to fix things. FANTASIC sunsets. Great for morning/evening walking. Beach is clean. Pool overlooks the Gulf/Beach. I recommend the Sea Breeze. Unit 301 is great - needs a few fixings and more things in the kitchen.

Review 41：Everything except: Spot on carpet that TRS would not clean up in master bedroom. The casablanca fan in the master bedroom not securely mounted or balanced. The deadbolt for main entrance door needed repair. No working clock in master bedroom and TRS would not repair or replace. No mention in the rules on what to do with linens on departure. However, I had a great stay. Thanks.

Review 83：The elevator was very old and slow. It broke down a couple of days before arriving and then broke down the day before we left. Unfortunately, we were on the 7th floor with lots of stairs to lug our baggage up and down. The resort offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Review 85：The freaking elevator was broke the hole time we was there !!!!! a full dam week and the people that happen to live at the resort said this was a common thing , I have a Disabilty I cant go up and down 7 flights of stairs !!! I got stuck In the room all week .While my family got to go to the pool and beach.
