Review 1：Nothing; all good!
Review 2：I had fallen ill the day before our stay here and the manager kindly let us check in 3 hours early so that I could sleep. That allowed us to experience only 1 down day in our 3 week road trip so a huge thanks to them! Also a very comfy bed, spacious room with a decent size table and chairs and a Denny's right next door.
Review 3：The staff at the check-in and check-out desk were very cordial and efficient. There was a good variety of food choices for the complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.
Review 4：My husband thought our bed was somewhat harder than he wished, but I didn't mind! I suggest two waste baskets and the coffee pot on the table in the outer room. Other BW's have outlets on the lamps and I had to look for outlets for my chargers! No big deal tho!
Review 5：We reserved four rooms. When we arrived we were allowed to enter one room before 3 pm. We told the staff person that we always pack our swim clothes but have yet to use them and today would be a perfect day to swim. We immediately entered our room which was near the pool and went swimming all to ourselves!! What a treat for us! We also enjoyed the wonderful hot breakfast and roomy place to eat!
Review 6：I did not like when I went in the room the first thing I had to do was wipe down the table because it was sticky and wash out the tub I did not like that the people in the room next to us had a very loud dog that woke up my four-month-old six times nothing got done about the dog The room could've been cleaned better
Review 7：The place to take my dog had lots of space my family all went swimming and that was a nice water temperature little cold but nice the beds and pillows were comfortable

Review 10：The only negative thing would be is the breakfast area. It's way too small to fit everyone at once. By the time we were going to walk in there it was almost full at 9:15 with nowhere to sit.
Review 11：The room was well air-conditioned and comfortable. Towels were plentiful in the bathroom. Had a small problem with the TV but we were given a replacement right away!

Review 15：I didnt understand the need to take down all the details of my car especially for a one night stay. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. I had a hard time figuring out how to call the front desk from the room (no clear buttons or directions on phone). No elevator in building for the handicapped or people with heavy luggage.

There were large cracks in the grout around the toilet that I assume was the cause. Details like this cannot be overlooked. We expressed our concern and were moved to a new room which was better.

Review 28：They were painting the room they sent to first went back to front desk and told them that we both were highly sensitive to paint.They moved us to a different room. black hair in bathtub, ran out of toilet paper, breakfast was very slow on restocking of hot food we had to wait for the hot food that we wanted to eat. the time was about 9am to 930am.I know about 2 big groups that were staying there and eating breakfast too.

The pictures of the hotel are legitimate, but what you cannot tell is that the hotel is in a "sketchy" neighborhood. They did have a security guard in the parking lot so I felt OK that my car would be safe.

Review 39：The front desk welcomed us back and put us in a nice room close to the front desk and breakfast rooms. we had a great shower and bath. we slept good and got up and went to breakfast everything was great. tables being cleaned and food was being bought out as needed. I was even given 2 pieces of fruit. then we got ready to go and pack up the car and check out. The front desk welcomed us back again. Guest path rules here!!!!!
Review 40：room #130,room coffee pot could not use they didn't have the right coffee packages they supplied 4 cup but pot was a 1 cup,the door 3 different times you would have to lift up on door to get it to latch,fire alarm started beeping,changed out battery didn't help took battery out till morning,I don't know what they did to fix it

Review 47：Comfortable clean room on a budget. I was worried it would be noisy, due to its location and the AC in the hallway, but my fears were unfounded. It was peaceful enough at night.
Review 48：Toilet was slow in flushing. Not enough choices on cable television. One channel didn't work...the sound was mute. Too many yellow jackets around pool area. Need to put yellow jacket strips around pool area, and, keep pool clean from half dead yellow jackets floating. If they bite someone like me whom is allergic, it could be a bad situation. Make sure you at least have EpiPens available for first aid.

Review 50：The bed was terrible ..... The left side of the bed was moderately firm. The right side was TOTALLY broken down!!! When I sat on it, I sunk about 5 inches and almost slipped off the bed. BTW I am not a large person and neither is my husband. I weigh only 130 lbs. and am 5'2". It was SO bad that we stuffed a pillow and the rolled up bed spread under the right side just to keep it level! We thought about asking for another room but we were too tired to pack up and move. The shower was very hard to turn on and the carpet needed to be cleaned (I always bring slippers just in case) and the a/c was wired wrong. The low setting was stronger than the high and the auto didn't work at all. We left at 4:00 am just to get out of this hotel. I am a retired flight attendant and have stayed in many hotels, some good and some bad but this hotel was one of the worst in which I have stayed. We have tried two Best Western Plus hotels in the span of 1 year and were not happy with either..mainly because of the dirty conditions. But this last one was so bad that I have to write in. Review 59：This didn't seem like the best part of town and there were limited restaurant options nearby. There is a Denny's next door, but we did not eat there. If you are used to higher end properties, this is probably not a good choice for you, but was perfect for us.

Expanded breakfast was included and it is always nice not to have to go out for breakfast before getting on the road. If you are looking for a less expensive option for a decent room for the night, this is a good choice for under $100.
