Review 2：The location just outside of the oasis is great. I must say that the room was very nice big and comfy and very clean. special Thanks to the receptionist Salam, I am very impressed by the way you work and solv guest problems always with a smile also the way you stand up for every guest that comes or goes. I have in my 25 years in Tunisia never seen a person as serviceminded as you. Thank you all at Residamce Loued for a lovely stay.

Review 4：We love every single thing there especially the behavior & the attitude of the staff especially Mabrouka the receptionist & the rest of her colleague they was very professional & helpful her colleague who work in the afternoon shift they are so helpful & professional.

Review 6：Staff were very welcoming and recommended a restaurant that served wine. Our room was spacious and clean. The night man made breakfast for us at 6 am on our last day.

Review 7：Asked for directions to El Kef and got sent to a non-existent louage connection in Kasserine. Almost stranded there - had to pay a random stranger 70 DN to drive me the final two hours. In general, staff didn't seem to have a lot of useful information for travellers (though, as I said, they're friendly enough).

Review 10：Staff was very friendly and informitive, they also spoke english very well. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. Excellent bathroom. Free breakfast is always a plus.

Review 11：We didn't appreciate the fact that the owner told/quoted us one price the night before for the trip to the Mos Espa Star Wars set. He told us 100 dinar that evening, then the next morning, after we had taken the tour, he claimed that it was 130 dinar. Not a good way to conduct business!

Review 14：The manager was very helpful and arranged for us to have an early dinner since we have young children who normally eat at 5:30 pm. Also, the apartment room we had was very spacious and comfortable--in fact, our 3-year-old said when we arrived, "Look, we have a house at the hotel!" The dinner we had there was a delicious five-course feast. Overall, we were very pleased with the room, the staff, and the level of cleanliness. Its location right by the palmeraie was also very good.

Review 15：The only issue was that the television and fridge shared one plug socket...no extensions, plus you couldn't chill anything in the fridge as the electrcity in the room only worked if you were in the room.

Review 16：We liked the peaceful, secluded location, the pool, friendly staff, the owner took us for a tour to show us Tozeur and where to hire bikes to visit the Palmerie. We loved Tozeur, by far our favourite location in Tunisia!! relaxed, calm and such a great residence to stay in.

Review 17：- The owner was really friendly and he also gave us a little tour (for free) to the old city and to the palmerie - Their home cooked food is great. We had a wonderful diner in the garden by the pool - The apartment was very spacious, perfectly fine for up to 5 people. - Wifi was fast and reliable, also inside the rooms - Really good quality and great value for money

Review 19：Hospitality and cleanness, closeness to Sahara. The staff is more than willing to help and accommodate their guests (I also got a free ride to the railway station in early morning). A wonderful place and wonderful hosts!

Review 33：I experience unpleasant thing in this Hotel. everything was good until this happening. Last day in this hotel, I didn't feel good cause of one of owner's firend and her daughter. At that morning time, I took a picture cute child wearing only patns in a yard, But her mother dislike that so I deleted that photo after I told sorry to her and owner. But I could still see their strange concern of eye regarding my mobilephone. Maybe they still think I take a photo though window of room. It was very ridicularous, I just took a picture trees in the yard an hotel envirnment. And there was no child in my photo. I felt they were very rude to me. Except this unpleasant case, others were good. I think owner should attend to his customer than his firends.

Review 34：This is a hotel with a nice garden and a swimming pool. It is located near the city centre and not so hard to find. Staffs are very helpful. I really appreciate the help from the staff, Silem. He provided me sufficient information for my trip.

Review 36：Large suite with sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. We liked the location - very quiet on the edge of the palm grove, but only a 10 minute walk to town. Good restaurant recommendations. Extremely helpful staff.

Review 41：The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond even showing us the local nightlife! The rooms were all very clean and comfortable and really nicely decorated.

Review 42：The shower was a little messy, but okay to use. The swimming pool could have done with somebody using a net on each day to remove some of the bugs and leaves.

Review 44：The staff were wonderful. The owner drove us to a restaurant for dinner, and made sure we got a cab back afterwards. They were also great about keeping luggage during the day, despite me checking in early and leaving late.

Review 45：We (my wife and I) arrived one day earlier than our original date ofbooking and the hotel was fully booked. The owner(or Manager?) offeredto let us stay in his house; but later he was able to find a room forus in the hotel in the later evening. He even asked the hotel chef (hiswife?) to cook us a Tunisian dinner and did not want us to pay for it.The room he offered to us is clean, comfortable and spacious (the bathroom is big and artistically decorated in Arabic style). The hotelstaff who brought our luggage to the room was super friendly and so wasthe receptionist (they all speak fair English). We were deeplyimpressed and returned to this hotel for another two nights after ourovernight Desert tour.

Review 48：It was really an amazing and wonderful experience for me in Tozeurthere! The hotel itself u can consider as a museum full with antique!And~ agree with previous bookers! The staff there are much like awonderful tourism guide more than a simple hotel staff. Thx for theirkind help on my whole tour plan in south. I enjoyed my most fantastictime there without any problem in English only… And the staffs are happyto show u around their lovely design and collections. Luckily I didn’tmiss the comfort rooms with their different lovely design for each room!They even bought old bricks from traditional Tunisian houses to buildthis hotel, so that u can directly touch the history just go outside urroom. Like the special room windows and rose of the desert there somuch! They are amazingly everywhere standing beside the mirrors; holdingthe door; building the fountains…. Do remember to ask the staffs to showu their special design on the wall of the hotel for the birds! It was mysmartest choice to book this hotel~~~ Big thx again for all ur help!!!

Review 49：Very very nice place to stay in Tozeur. Staff is very friendly andEnglish speaking. Rooms are very nice and a look over the Palmeraia.Swimming pool is nice and clean. There is internal parking space for 1-2cars and some motorbikes, but you better book it!
