Review 1：Great location right on the seafront with breathtaking views over the Dardanelles, very comfortable bed. It is the only hotel in Canakkale where we stay every year!

Review 2：We could hear the chairs scraping on the floor from the restaurant above. The staff in the restaurant could benefit from English lessons.

Review 3：The view was stunning. The room was wonderful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The young man at the desk upon arrival whose name started with V is an asset to the hotel.

Review 16：Despite the fact that the deal we got through Booking.com mentioned that iron facilities were included in our three night stay, the reception staff refused to give us an iron in our room and instead we were charged for using the iron service. The hotel staff was unfriendly when we mentioned that the booking clearly mentioned the ironing facilities and did not offer a solution to the problem.

Review 17：The room was excellent. It had a balcony with a view of the sea, bed and room size was great, washroom was kinky too. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect, it is infront of the sea, just five minutes away from the ferry service, there's trendy bar Hangover right next door and there's also a lovely park nearby. It was worth the money.

Review 19：Difficulty with wifi connection both in room and lobby. Instructions on where to the car parking was prior to arrival would be very helpful, as the park is around the back of the hotel in the next block. Staff were as helpful as could be at that busy traffic time.

Review 34：The swimming pool (outdoor) was closed. Why was this not stated in the booking. It had obviously been closed some time as it was partly drained and filthy. Access to it was not locked off so could present a hazard to children.

Review 35：Excellent room, well fitted out, good size, good en-suite. sea front location on the main prom. Good breakfast. Food from the a-la-carte menu good quality and well presented. Reception staff very helpful. Well placed for Gallipoli ferries and Troy.

Review 36：The room was huge: much larger than most European hotels. The best part was the shower. It had a full length window with blinds that could be left closed for privacy, but when they were open, I could enjoy the sea view while showering. The staff was very accommodating and gave me a late checkout of 1:00. This way I was able to shower after a swim competition I had in the morning and be much more comfortable on my 5 hour bus ride back to Istanbul.

Review 39：Breakfast is incredible poor. Only some vegetables and a lot of pots with some creamy things inside, few boiled eggs and a soup so hot spiced, so a normal people cannot eat it. Also, is totally unacceptable for a 4* hotel to serve only instant instead normal natural coffee, with no option to replace it.

Review 40：The rooms are clean, not big, but comfortable for few nights. We have room at the 7th floor, with nice view over the sea and to a part of the city. As a minus, was noisy at night because of the live orchestra in the restaurant at the 8th floor. The location makes it suitable for 1-2 nights, or transit to other destinations.

Review 42：Location, Location, Location. Excellent decor, best breakfast we had in Turkey. We had no language problems and parking was a bonus. Close proximity to Troy and other places of interest and only 1 minute from the ferry terminal. The Hangover which we think was part of the hotel served great food and cold beer. We cannot understand previous negative comments on this site. We were 4 mid 60 year old gentlemen.

Review 43：On the sea view side, the pub/bar below played music and the revelers partied late which could be heard inside the room. The doors and windows to the balcony were old and used which was the reason the outside noise was not kept out. Car parking was good but had to leave the keys with the attendant and sometimes the keys were with the attendant and sometimes he put them to reception so had to go back and forward a few times. There is no straight system for the car parking.

Review 44：WiFi was good. air conditioner worked very well and the rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Good water pressure when having a shower. The hotel staff were friendly and even offered to arrange trips for us to Troy, Gallipoli, etc. Hotel location is right on the seafront near the Troy horse so it's an excellent location for all the restaurants, cafes and even for the harbour with the ferries.
