Review 1：We booked a large room with 2 queen beds, nonsmoking, there was no heat, outside temp.was 32 degrees, it was 9pm. Staff moved us to a small 1 queen smoking room that was dirty and smelly. The staff were very understanding and helpful, but the motel was old and not kept up. We won't book with Thunderbird again after that experience.
Review 2：Bed was uncomfortable, had a definite tilt to the port side. Room was non-smoking but smoke snuck in through vents.

Review 4：strangers are living there. old woman live next my room and she always ask me 'give me money' wifi doesn't work in the room. no fridge, no ice machine I choose this motel coz cheap but it was too much over priced.

Review 6：The bathroom shower wall had hair all over it. When you were in the shower and someone from the upstairs unit flushed the toilet then there was no water in the shower.

Review 30：I've stayed here over several years and it's time to rejuvenate. Bathroom fixtures are stiff and hard to operate. TV is old, pre -HD and the pillows were lumpy.

Review 34：There were maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation issues in the room that should have been clearly visible to staff when readying the room for rental. Room rates and check out times were not posted in the rooms. The ice bucket had no sanitary liner in the bucket, there was no flat space in the bathroom to set anything, no plastic glasses were provided int eh bathroom, and there was no vending machine for ice. There was no lock on the window. Things appeared worn, poorly maintained, and dirty.

Review 37：The price was awesome and the rooms were spotless! We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and 3 of the 4 beds were soft, the 4th was hard. The coffee in lobby was not good, would love to see coffee pots in each room. Overall cleanliness is A+ and we will definitely stay there again.
Review 38：Cinderblock walls a bit reminiscent of a college dorm...but not paying for ambiance. Poor sound insulation and rowdy men in surrounding rooms. They did Not keep me awake.

It's also on a one way street....and a motor home was blocking the way we turned down the street and got hooked at talk about being embarrassed! No shampoos and stuff take your own..... it's like an up grade to a motel 6....

The clean, cool outdoor pool provided welcome relief during the heat. We would have liked to have wi-fi access in the room rather than having to go to the nearby McDonalds.

Review 116：So much noise it's unbelievable! TV from all the rooms around you, toilet making a wired flushing sound, Train honking every few minutes!!! It was a night we will never forget. The room itself was stinky of cigarettes (although non smoking room) and the neighborhood was terrifying. Would not recommend anyone to end up there.

I rated the facilities good, but not excellent because they did not include common in-room amenities such as iron/coffee maker/hair dryer, but other than the coffee I don't typically need those anyway so the lower room rate made it a great value for my money and they offered free coffee in the lobby!
