Review 1：While only staying the one night for business - basically in and out ...I had no problems once I got through the checking in process with staff! The cabin was clean and comfortable, wi fi workerd fine-bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows-no outside noise so good nights sleep- didn't use any of the facilities but in was nicer than cooped in a motel room.

Review 4：The problems I found were as follows. I thought the bed was too soft and when I booked in, I informed the lady on the desk that my family would be arriving the next day and we would need more keys and a code to get in. I didn't know what time they were getting to Swan Hill and they arrived at 6.30pm from Rockhampton...too late to get keys or a code. The same thing happened on the Sunday when my granddaughter stayed with me...she also arrived after 6pm from Canberra and no code to get her care in and no key.. This was hard for her as she is pregnant and had a 3 year old child with her. Maybe some thought needs to be made as to how to overcome this in future. Not all guests will arrive by 6pm and each day, I wasn't sure who if anyone was staying with me until the last minute. One more thing, I found the weekend girl on reception a little less than friendly at times. Sure I probably did ask for a fair bit of help at first but she made it obvious she was not happy with me for the rest of the weekend; even leaving me standing waiting to speak with her while she went and answered the phone. I had even told her my feet were killing me at the time. I was not impressed with her by then. Julie, the week day receptionist was delightful, helpful and friendly

Review 6：Loud music until very late. Mattress was too hard. Cabin atmosphere cold with no floor rugs and black couch cold and slippery. Cabin did not deliver 'deluxe' unfortunately.

Review 8：We booked in Dec 2014 for a March 2015 stay in a budget cabin but we didn't expect to have to spend the night in a cabin which had bad water damage and was very unsightly and damp. We should have made more of a fuss at the time but noting else was left apparently and we were tired from travelling - leaving early next day. I have already written a similar report to Big 4 but have received no apology or explanation
Review 9：The only thing I can complain is that beds there were a little small for us.
Review 10：We arrived there after office hours, they left keys and a map for us, which was not too bad. What really surprised us was they turned on the air-con for us, so when we arrived there it was nice and cool inside the cabin. No hotel I lived in ever did that!
