Review 1：The heater was not on in the room when I arrived, so the room was cold all night. It warmed up by morning, but this could have been avoided.

Review 2：Excellent customer service. The manager gave me directions to an interview a half hour away, compete with an estimate of traffic conditions at that time of day.

Review 3：Wifi never worked. The outside looked horrendous. The breakfast sucks it was only 4 bread and cereal that didnt taste fresh. The coffee apparently was from a previous date.And the morning staff not sure if the owners were in a bad mood.At the check out the lady grabbed my keys and just said:"that's it". Not even have a good day the whole experience was a mess.

Review 11：WiFi at times unreliable. The carpet in the room long overdue for changing was furthermore soiled to the point of being disgusting. They keep the rooms very clean but carpet this old and soiled cannot look clean. There was also a musty, rather unpleasant smell in the room. There is no direct ventilation to the outside and with the door closed, the air gets stuffy in no time at all. We did not need the airconditioning but had to keep the door open a crack to have enough air to breath during the night.

Review 15：At first when I booked it online I accidentally picked a smoking room. Don't pick a smoking room! Walked into this room and it was on the deserted looking side of hotel, walked into a spider web and saw numerous bugs. No joke! But the non smoking one was complete opposite!

Review 17：Sheets where dirty and had nasty brown stain. Carpet had not been vaccumed. There was a hole in shower that was poorly fixed, every time I stepped in that area it sank down. There was a hat left in room. The ad said microwave and refrigerator in room there was not.

Review 25：Where to being...I've stayed at a lot of "affordable" motel and this by far,was the worst. My first impression was wow this actually isn't to bad, then we got settled in. Was in the bathroom and there was a bloody/poop handprint on yhe wall, the roll on the tp was gone, and had to call and get another, garbage under the beds and between the desk and TV stand, the remote didn't work, it wasn't the batteries just not synced to the tv, the beds were horrible, a picture on the wall was upside down for who knows how long, hair all over the tub/bathroom, and finally they put very little food out for the breakfast, barely enough for my 1 year old and 6 year old.

Review 26：The location was good. Close to retail chain shopping, about 15 minutes from Pittsburgh, 30 from the zoo. Just off I79.

Review 32：The phone rang at 12:40am from a southern accent gentleman (hotel staff was all India accents that most of which could barely speak english) claiming to be from the hotel telling me that the system went down and he was collecting card info and name and when the front desk staff was told this they didn't seem too shocked almost as if they knew this happens a lot and didn't care or they were in on it. Do not answer your phone if it rings that late at night or pick it up and hang up!! The shower water pressure was good for all of about 1 minute then it kind of just falls out of the shower head. The bed only had 3 pillows on a queen sizebed for 2 people and the pillows were paper thin.

Review 36：Upon arrival staff tried to charge me $50 additional for the room I booked, gave us a full bed instead of queen, put us on top level when lower floor was not rented and each of the three nights we had to get a new key card because it was not reactivated. So what would have been a nice stay and good value was ruined by the staff's attitude.

Review 40：Really needed a fold-out luggage stand, but they didn't have any.They only provided 3 pillows and had to ask for a fourth. They complied sullenly, muttering under their breath. The breakfast was inexcusably skimpy. Just a loaf of bread, donuts 2 cereals, 1 juice, tea & coffee. For the budget price, I don't expect much, but how about English muffins, bagels & muffins instead of donuts? There was no cream cheese, no peanut butter, no butter and 1 jam. Only a couple of tea bags put out at a time. How about frying up a loaf of that bread each morning as French toast? There's staff sitting around that could manage that. Or else, why bother to serve paltry embarrassing amount and damage your reputation--serve nothing instead. And this we're forced to eat in the lobby and not allowed to take back to the room. I know it's a cultural thing, but people expect more friendly chatty smiling service. My relatives are from the same country too so I understand the attitude, but if you wish to be in customer service you should respond cheerfully to requests with a smile and a few pleasantries---esp. the women. The men were at least making some attempt. Doesn't matter if you're comfy chatting in English. A smile and some small talk, even in broken, accented English goes a long way to making people feel welcome, instead of feeling like we're intrusive on your property.

Review 41：Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this place to other budget-minded travelers. Area was safe, quiet, parking right there & plentiful. Check-in & out hassle-free. Fridge was plugged in and cold on arrival to store our cooler our groceries. Freezer compartment - a good size. Microwave spotless. Iron/board/coffee maker/hair dryer included. Bed comfy, room warmed up quickly, wi-fi was satisfactory for surfing. Tub surround clean with curved shower rod for a spacious feel, washroom bright, sink outside bathroom. Man cleaning rooms was friendly and attentive. Furnishings are not unduly dated from 2 decades ago. Perfectly nice decor. If you want wainscoting and perfection in drywall, then pay for it. Close to the city.

Review 42：This could have been a nice place except there is no maintenance. Some plugs don't work, bathroom fan is broken, as a result, bathroom smells terrible (mold). Wi-fi was painfully slow, also requiring entering a username/password randomly. How much an establishment could save by cutting the internet speed?

When we arrived check in was quick however wgen we entered the room it was deplorable! The comforters were stained and dirty and the carpet, well it needed ripped out and burnt. The manager did move us to another room and did apologize. The other room was better and he did clean the toilet himself but it was stained badly. The comforters had stains on them as well. Our rate included breakfast but by 8am it had been devoured and they do not restock. I will not stay here again

It was clean and quiet and they actually provided nicely sized bars of soap AND surprise....shampoo in little bottles instead of the packets. Review 79：Mold on shower ceiling, air conditioning in our room was set to 62, lowfan speed , for over 5 hours while we were gone and the room was barelycool when we returned. Turned the fan speed to high and no difference.The individual room units should be checked daily when cleaned. Had tosleep totally uncovered in order not to feel hot. Mattresses werecomfortable but very noisy, like they were stuffed with bags of cornchips in rubber bags. The crunching sound whenever you moved at nightwas quite annoying. I would not pay the full rate for this Inn.

Review 80：I liked that I was able to book this stay for 50 dollars under the usualrate. I would recommend only if price point is a major issue and closeproximity to fast food and I-79 access is of great importance which itwas to me.

I thought I was reserving a king with all that but was told that was not the case. I thought all the rooms were equipped with refrigerator and microwave.
