Review 1：Pillows were very small and made it awkward for us to sleep. Beds were very firm. Made it difficult to sleep. Would stay again, just bring our own pillows.

Review 3：A few days before arriving, we received an email to choose for an uprade for 20usd extra. The room was luxuriois and comfortable and worth the extra money

Review 10：Was on 2nd floor and room overhead on 3rd floor had kids running and jumping around until I called down to front desk. It stopped after awhile. Also had kids running up and down the hall. Noise at times.

Review 12："hot" breakfast wasn't hot...had to use microwave....check-in staff were very nice...morning clerk (Isaac) had personality of a rock....coffee maker broken and he kept questioning us if we really thought it was broken. He did not greet us when going to breakfast nor did he say good-bye when we left and we said while walking by "well, we're off!" dragging our bags. Isaac needs some bedside manner training

Review 13：The pool was amazing! After a long day traveling, the kids loved playing on the slide and the pool was so refreshing! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Review 19：The bed we got on the way home in the king suite was so old, hard and uncomfortable we barely got sleep. The first time we stayed 2 weeks prior in another room the bed we had was comfy so this was a major disappointment.

Review 20：We stayed a total of 2 nights. One night in a jacuzzi tub room in our way to the midwest and one night in the king suite on our way back to the west coast. The staff was friendly rooms were spacious and the biscuits and gravy was delicious! The bed in the jacuzzi room was very comfortable.

Review 21：I am not sure this is about cleanliness, but one adult in the group got around 40-50 bed bug bites. This the only motel we stayed in before those bites showed up. She was miserable and had to use cortizone cream, etc for relief. That was a real dissapointment.

Review 33：When we first walked into the room, we were pleased about the beautiful decor of the room and immediately noticed how clean everything was! The beds had new pillow top mattresses and were very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and a large screen TV. The free breakfast was good with plenty of choices. A fun, indoor pool with a slide and hot tub....towels provided. Our daughter and granddaughter stayed in the room with us and also commented on how beautiful and clean the room was. We couldn't get the TV to turn on when we first got there. We called the front desk to ask them how to turn it on. Instead of trying to tell us, a young man came immediately to our room, fixed the problem, which ended up not really being a problem, but us just not knowing how to turn it on. Very friendly and helpful staff .

Review 34：There were little holes all over the walls were things used to be mounted and weren't patched up or covered up. Wall paper was poorly done around bathtub, like they ripped it instead of it being cut cleanly around tub. Door hinge looked to be almost ripped off at the swinging lock. Hotel looked to be done in the 80s-90's and was just really dated. Lots of kids screaming down hallway all day from 7am-11pm. Breakfast was gross. Had to wait for their staff to get their food and drink at the breakfast. I think that's highly unprofessional.

Review 49：When we arrived it took 20 minutes to check in because we needed an extra room. Though there were three employees at the desk and two were happy to oblige our needs, the third (Michelle) was rude, not only to me, but to the other two women working with her. All she did was nag the other two about not doing things right while she programed the keys for our rooms (one of which never worked). We were also told that it would take at least 30 minutes for our second room to be ready and they would call when the maid was finished. The maids were leaving the floor when we came up stairs but they never called. When I returned to get the keys she was short with me once again and acted as if I was bothering her by asking. Our second room was gross, lights didn't work, gum in the door stop, stained mattress, lumps in carpet that caused more than one of us to trip, the list goes on.

Review 56：The location was good for our visit. This was our first time in MT.. visiting a son in Billings. Beds were amazingly comfortable compared to some I've had in past. Used pool only 1 time with grandsons.

Review 57：We arrived at 430pm--having been in the car all day coming from the Twin Cities. We were exhausted and ready to relax; however we had to wait 30-45 min for our room to be ready. A family with young kids and a dog--what? we need to sit outside and wait? Check in is supposed to be at 3. When I talked to the hostess in the morning as we checked out all I got was a pathetic, "I'm sorry, that happens"-- really? well it shouldn't. This wasn't a cheap room and i'm really disappointed.

Review 60：This hotel is pet friendly so apparently that mean pee stains on the carpet. The house keeping needs to learn to dust also. The room was very dirty and stinky

Review 61：dirty carpet, leaky faucet, bad phone cord which caused breaking up when on it, poor outlets. Chargers fell out. Nasty front desk clerk. She was not helpful and gave us attitude when asked questions. My son also got a rash from too much chlorine in the pool.

Review 63：The fold-out couch was the worst excuse for a mattress I ever saw. I had the a/c on high and an ambient noise machine going, yet I heard doors start slamming, people walking around, water running and dogs occasionally barking starting at 5am. These are normal hotel sounds, but they shouldn't be so loud. I wanted to sleep until 8pm and couldn't sleep past 5:15am. If you are a light sleeper, skip it!!

Review 65：The staff was very friendly and eager to help with any questions we had. Check-in was efficient, and the room and bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was good and ready a few minutes before the advertised time of 6:00 a.m. which suited us perfectly.

Review 66：the hallways and floors were not vacuumed and trash bits were in the carpet. which is the first impression and left you feeling unclean. The maids left piles of laundry in the doorways on the floor, and propped all dirty room doors open, again unsightly and gives you a feeling of unclean. I have stayed many times before and didn't experience this, so something in management must have changed.
