Review 1：Location of the room seemed isolated from others and was 2 stairwells and a hike from parking.

Review 2：Staff very polite and check in was quick. Clean and orderly lobby.

Review 3：The office staff seemed a ltitle racist during checkout. Everything was fine until my girlfriend of a different race walked in, they then began to be rude for some unknown reason and began hassling me about my cash deposit and had me sitting in their office for over an hour while they figured out that I had paid cash, which we all knew because it was written in the log which we all seen. They really need a class in hospitality.

Review 6：Staff was very accomodating when I told them I had my Fire Rescue K9 German Shepherd traveling with me. They had no "Pet rooms" available at the time of my check in, however spent 20+ minutes tracking a room that had a pet in it in the past. They provided a pet sheet for the sofa just incase my work partner wanted to relax on the sofa. They were a joy to work with at every level. Five stars from me.

Review 7：The older woman at the desk was extremely rude. She gave me terrible instructions and gave me a horrible room. The AC wasn't working and the screen on the window was broken. When I told the woman she had an attitude and got upset saying that she will have someone come check it out. My boyfriend ended up fixing the air conditioning himself. I definitely would not reccomend it, especially for the price of 90 dollars. Not worth it.

Review 9：After trying to connect onto the WiFi for 2 1/2 hours, I gave up. The trains going by the hotel with their loud horns woke me up every 2 hours. Worst stay I've ever had.

Review 10：I didn't like how old fashioned the inside of the room looked it needs to be updated a bit. There were ants in the bathroom and on the in table beside the bed.

Review 46：It read on website the rooms had DVD players and instead it had vhs player. I asked for a dvd player at reception there were none.. If I had known I would have brought my own and it didn't say about any upgrade

Review 47：We were so disappointed with this property. The room appeared to be fine until we realized that our feet had turned black from the rug that obviously had not been cleaned for quite a while. There were noisy neighbors much of the night and into the early morning. The real disappointment was the lack of cold water in the shower. That didn't get our day off on the right foot.

Review 61：We came to see Devil's Post Pile. The park is amazing. You can hike,bike, canoe. The Inn at Lancaster is a few mile from the park entrance.The staff is helpful and friendly and the price includes a fullbreakfast consisting of omelets, oatmeal, toast, cold cereals and freshfruit. And we even had a wood burning stove in our room.
