Review 1：Sliding glass window on a public walkway. Wife was scared the whole time she was there but only stayed one hour and I lost my money. Two men in the parking lot terrified her. No staff. Bad news.

Review 3：Kitchen too cramped to be functional. There is enough kitchen equipment, but not enough room to use it. There is limited space to eat what you cooked. There is no table nor chairs in the room, there is not enough space there. There is a table and chairs right outside the room in a shared walkway, however: - it is exposed to traffic noise, - it is rain-sheltered, but not protected against wind, - the light turns on too late, when it is already really dark. These tables are too close to your neighbor's, so do not provide enough privacy. Depending on who is your neighbor, you may be exposed to loud talking and cigarette smoke right beside your window. The windows open to a shared walkway, the only curtains are very heavy ones, so you can have privacy or daylight in your room, but not both.
Review 4：Cleanly maintained, recently renovated rooms. Beachside location, 2 swimming pools. Affordable price. Attentive and motivated staff. Decent WiFi. A lot of TV channels, TV can be internet-enabled, so can display YouTube, Netflix, etc.
Review 5：Everyone was genuinely pleasant and the facility was clean and relaxing. They provided all the amenities for us to feel like a home away from home. I will definitely be back.
Review 6：The service was very poor. We did not get housekeeping the whole week we were there. There was no propane in the grill. The hot tub was full of kids the whole time and the water was dirty. What a waste of an excellent location. We will probably not go there again unless some changes are made.

Review 9：Super friendly and cooperative staff who were always working. The Gulf view was accessible whenever we wanted and the morning walks on Madeira Beach. Full updated kitchens and nice bathroom with comfortable beds and all the towels you wanted. Anne Marie, the house keeper, even provided us with lovely beach towels and use of their chairs. Huge sauna and decent pool at the Schooner which is available to Beach Suite patrons. I did not want to leave. Happy hour right across the street at Screwy Louie's and great grouper. We walked down the beach to John's Pass. Nice area with loads of activities. Would definitely book there again. Great value and right on the beach! Oh, and they also provided an outdoor grill to use so we saved money on food, beside being able to cook meals right in the room. :)
Review 10：We were their for nine days,the hot water was at a trickle for everyone of those,the last day it finally got repaired.Also it would have been nice if someone could have cleaned at least are bathroom , but all they do is give clean towels.
Review 11：Everything needed was provided. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. If required anything i.e. clean towels, only had to ask. Special mention to Arty and especially Anne-Marie.

Review 14：Filling at home away from home. The staff was great and ready to help in any way they could. We had everything we needed and if we didn't they provided what we needed in a short amount of time. The staff was great as well as the owner. We had reservations for 10 days this being out first stay we were there only 3 days and made reservations for next year. It was a time in a long time I felt so at home I was not ready to come home. Looking forward to being there next year.

Review 17：Great staff to work with!! Very friendly and attentive. We have stayed in a number of places in Madeira Beach. The Beach Suites Resorts is by far the better place for the money and being just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed our stay so much we put a deposit down for next year!!

Review 31：Filthy, no room service, no wi fi,. No front desk, no manager on duty, no staff on site.
Review 32：Bizarre.. Very strange recent stay. No hotel front desk, nor manager on duty. Never met a single person on staff. Stayed 5 days. When you call the hotel, the call is forwarded to a cell number from Pennsylvania. The message only gives you the cell number, no way to tell if you have reached the hotel. Voice mail is always full. After repeated calls, I reached a person who provided the door passcode and room number. The room was filthy. Dust was a 1/2 thick on the ceiling fan and water was running down the walls in the bathroom. We did not spend much time at the hotel. Three days after checking in, we had not seen any housekeeping staff. It took repeated calls to get someone to drop off clean towels. We never got clean towels again. Rubbish container in the room was full, and it was never emptied. Very little parking on site. You have to cross a 4 lane busy highway and park in a restaurant across the street. I'm not entirely sure what the deal was with this hotel, as I stated I never did meet anyone on site that worked there. All transactions were with the Pennsylvania cell phone number that took repeated calls to reach.
Review 33：Beautiful hotel! Lovely kitchens included in the rooms, right on the beach with access. Owner was very friendly. Everytime I plan to stay at madeira beach this is where I will be staying.
