Review 1：This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at and I shall continue to come here in the future as I have for the past 14 years. The rooms are huge and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Review 2：Room not made up (had to call twice). Was not told, or maybe missed it, that room would not be made up, including bed refreshed,

Review 4：When I arrived, the desk was not clean; a dried up spill had not been cleaned off. When I returned to my room the first evening of my stay. the bathroom had not been cleaned and the bed had not been made. The evening desk clerk on duty Oct. 15 wasn't very friendly.

Review 5：The location is convenient for the purpose of my stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 6：The fire alarm went off at 4:30am. The staff was nowhere to be found to explain even after the alarm went off. The next morning, customers were shuffling in for coffee but the very large machine was out.

Our room was taken care of differently each day.Overall - it was basically fine - Trash always emptied - but towels were not replaced evenly ( no washcloths one day ), bed was not made 1 day, and coffee for the room was not replaced once it was used the first day. Toilets were not properly cleaned. The water pressure is bad in the shower- especially on the weekend.

Review 15：location is nice - quiet yet close to highways and airport and MOA. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Did not use shuttle - but it appeared very accessible. Wish we had taken advantage of the shuttle service - since rental cars are VERY overpriced in Minneapolis.

Review 16：Housekeeping was awful, the bathroom was never cleaned while we were there, we had to ask for clean towels and shampoo, and one day the beds were not made.

Review 17：Breakfast was aweful. Fresh fruit was extremely over-ripe, including a grapefruit with visible mold and flies. Eggs tasted like plastic. An expensive cosmetic mysteriously disappeared from our room. However front desk staff was quick to offer an appropriate reduction in the cost of our room.

Review 28：Our room smelled very musty and the main floor was wet! Main door to the room was sticky (probably from the wet floor) and hard to open. The drain in the shower was very hard to plug and the water temp would change suddenly from very hot to very cold, etc while in the shower!
