Review 2：The location was perfect! Just in the middle of the city center, easy to walk everywhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleanish..

Review 5：Front desk staff needs to be fully equipped to handle International guests with ability to communicate in English. This is very much lacking adding to some un professional attitudes of keeping passports until requested, instead would have gone professionally seeking to charge the card first from the guests at check in.

Just informed that they had swiped the card on check out at the hotel. Would not refund the charge and accept cash. very unethical to use a persons credit card without their prior knowledge.
