Review 1：i had reserved 2 rooms with booking.com but at registration ameristar showed only one room booked. Management did check and found that 2 rooms had been booked and not carried over. They did resolve the issue quickly.

Review 2：Clean comfortable rooms. Restaurants and bakery cafe were clean and food good.

Review 3：When booking I was quoted one price, however when the confirmation came it was $100/ per night higher. The check in clerk made it right and was very cordial and helpful.

Review 4：The only thing I can complain about is that I could not stay longer.

Review 5：The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino staff and bar staff were fun and friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean.

Review 6：When I arrived with copy of confirmation I guess person could not read could not find name, asked if I was booked for a different hotel I had to ask if someone else could help. She went to the back talked to manager and came back never said a word and final got the room. Really there was only like 20 cars in parking lot and they had issue with getting me a room. Never saw bus loads of people arrive. And no breakfast served. I can see no buffet but should have something besides bakery (sweets are not for me).

Review 7：The rooms where set at 70 degrees and where very humid, that was their idea of AC. Our room was in the mid 70's so we had to go buy fans.

Review 10：I loved everything about this hotel...the amenities are wonderful. There are multiple restaurants, room service, an indoor pool, and Kids Quest, which is a secure childcare activity center that my six year old begged to go to. You will not regret booking this fine hotel!!!

Review 11：The price did not match the accommodations. This was the first motel I've ever stayed at that didn't have breakfast. You would think that $399 plus tax would at least include a bagel or roll.

Rude staff, couldn't find our reservation, walked away and left us standing at the front desk with someone loudly complaining because it was taking us so long. Not sure if we even had a place to spend the night when front desk clerk walked away, after we drove 2 hours one way to get there, only to have him come back and blame it on being short staffed. Embarrassing waiting to see if we even had a room. Very poor service, with no apology for losing our reservation, just blamed it on being short staffed.
