Review 2：Best bang for your buck! Great stay with a nice, clean room and friendly service. Free breakfast was great with a wide variety. Overall, excellent! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Review 3：Did not feel comfortable walking in the area after dark - which was when we arrived so dinner option was limited to fast food across the side street. Halls were being painted.

Review 9：The bed was very comfortable. Quiet. Pool was heated. Towels were provided at the pool. Good breakfast, including a maid to order omelet. Very close to the airport.

Review 10：Hot tub water was cool, and jets did not work. No screen on window. Housekeeping did not replace sheets or remake beds when cleaning our room; just replaced towels and emptied garbage. We had even stripped the bed and left a note on it politely requesting fresh sheets, as our small daughter had wet the bed. Clothes dryer did not work (clothes still damp after 3 runs). Front desk mgr said that was out of their control (aka not their problem), instead of asking how they could fix the problem (i.e. putting our clothes in one of housekeeping's large industrial dryers, or bringing our clothes to the laundromat).

Review 11：Large, comfortable room that looked the same as advertised. Okay breakfast. Large window can be opened, very nice for fresh air.

Review 12：While the staff was friendly, I was very disappointed in the overall quality of the facilities (décor and rooms)--it is less than I've grown to expect from the Comfort Suites chain I have stayed in all over the country. The beds were comfortable enough, but the two rooms we had were a bit run down. In fact, the whole wing we stayed in had a distinctive odor (musty smell) that disappeared when we walked from that hall to the elevator foyer (we wondered if that part of the hotel had been shut off and opened for the weekend--and we did report it to the front desk). One of our original rooms had such an overpowering chemical smell that, in spite of opening the window for hours while we were gone, we ended up requesting a new room when it began to give us headaches upon our return. To the staff's credit, they immediately moved us--but this is not the experience I expected.

Review 13：Excellent location near the airport and lots of shopping, restaurants, main highways, etc. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice, and even allowed us to check into our rooms early so that we could tour a plantation that afternoon.

Review 14：The hotel is in the process of upgrading everything, to include furnishings (the bed was crazy comfortable) and cable tv but the room had a funky stall odor.

Review 24：After United lost our bags, this was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable bed, lots of space. Good facilities in the room. Excellent people who went out of their way to help us every step. For example the kind shuttle service who came to collect us very late from the airport (once we'd finally spoken to United, it was nearly midnight). We also enjoyed a decent breakfast of cooked and fresh items. Well done

Review 25：My wife and I come here every year for our Annv. but something has changed in the last year! The people at the front desk are so rude and really don't care about the customer. I called at 5pm and told the lady that our flight would get in a little after 11pm, and asked if someone could pick us up. She said, no, we stop at 11pm, so I called right back and asked if we would still have our room? She asked, what's your name and said yes! Upon arrival, at 11:10pm, we tried to get a taxi to the hotel but they told us, we had to use the hotel shuttle because no taxi would take use cause we were to close to the Airport and they wouldn't make any money. We tried for an hour and couldn't get a taxi or a ride to the hotel! I called the hotel and the lady could care less about if we got there or not!!! One of the officers finally asked one of the taxi driver to take us and he did, after being out waiting for almost an hour and a half. We got to the hotel and I think they gave us the worse room they had! The bathroom door had a hold in it, the handle on the shower was about to fall off and the walls were dirty! We stayed there on Sep.24th in a very nice room so I know the rooms are always nice! We will never stay here again, this messed up our whole trip! I was so upset, I couldn't sleep at all! If I had not booked the room already, I would have found another place to stay!

By chance I met Bonnie Bridley, Asst. GM while waiting outside of the Hotel one morning and from that conversation you can certainly see why this Hotel is first rate. Ms. Bridley was courteous and professional and genuinely concerned about my stay. In fact I did not even know she was GM until parting ways. I will tell others about my great experience. Review 48：The pool was a bit cold it could have been warmer. And I think that Breakfast needs to be from 5a.m. to 11A.M.

Review 49：We couldn't afford to stay in New Orleans and chose to stay outside of the city. We found the location was good for the money and we loved taking a dip in the pool and jacuzzi. It was only a 13min drive into the city (French Quarter). Over all I would recommend this hotel. But stay away from American Pie Diner (right across the street from the hotel). The service was awful and a bit scary.

Then the staff returned only to say that thd breakfast was ending and they were closing the area. They were having a conversation in the check-in area thd entire time that this incident took place.
