Review 1:The room was bigger than a Days Inn because it had a couch and extra sitting area. But other than that, there was really no difference. It is not worth the extra cost so you can have a couch. One of the rooms had a weird smell that made me sick to my stomach.
Review 2:The staff was great. The location was great. Lots of close by restaurants and stores.
Review 3:They advertise to guarantee best rate, but the best rate I could find for the same hotel with my Hyatt membership was $50/night higher than Booking.com. Good for Booking.com, not so much for Hyatt members.

Review 5:There was a very loud drunk party in the Lounge bad braise our room was on the first floor they kept us up clear until 1am. I quietly complained to management who tried to tone them down but really it's as much a room location problem as anything.

Review 7:Housekeeping seemed to be having some difficulties with preparing rooms for the next evenings guest. Appeared they may have been short staffed and training.
Review 8:The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Had a few small issues with the rooms, but the desk staff took care of things. I would stay here again simply because the staff were very attentive and made sure things were RIGHT. That says a lot and it was very appreciated.
Review 9:We didn't like the room set up. The bathroom door couldn't open without hitting the toilet. And I don't like laying in bed and looking at the bathroom sink.

Review 11:Hotel says they didn't get the booking from you so I had to say at another hotel that the staff said was nice. Apparently "nice" is more subjective than I thought it would be. The replacement hotel smelled terrible, was filthy and questionable regarding overall safety. I called booking.com to voice concern.....rep stated they would contact me back. Still have not heard a peep....other than this grand opportunity to complete a survey. I have since stayed at the hyatt place and find the hotel to be quite pleasing and plan to stay there again. Mistakes happen all of the time so I lay no blame in misplacing my reservation , however the poor customer service and lack of basic follow up is more than disappointing and not at all a reflection of the service one should reasonably expect from the impression left by your TV ads. A suggestion ..perhaps reallocate some of your ad budget toward improving your customer experience so in the future they may be more in alignment. I doubt I will use this service again.
