Review 1：Overpowering air fresheners gave us a headache!Staff was not service oriented but friendly if we spoke to them.

Review 2：Had a kitchen, beds were fairly comfortable, just across the street from the beach, close to family we were visiting. Adequate for a couple of days - no housekeeping was fine.

Review 3：It was cold outside and there was no heat only air conditioning. But they did give me a little electric heater to plug in which warned the room just fine. Also the parking was weird. You had to drive a block to turn and go through a Bank of America and then park in the back of the hotel

Review 5：We were asked what time we would like to check in when we booked the room, we said noon. We arrived at the hotel at noon and were told they just ask that but check in is always 4pm. They promised to get our room ready right away, but ended up not having it ready till 3:30pm! VERY disappointed, tired and upset!

Review 7：For what they charge I had to pull my own bedding and towels and set out side then re make my own bed. Pull all trash and take to dumpster. If I was going to need to clean house or get charged more I could of stayed home !!

Review 12：The only thing I did not like is we were quoted 378.00 and when we got there we paid cash of 378.00 and when I asked if there would be any charges to my debit card I booked the room with. I was told no that the 378.00 cash that we paid covered everything and there would be no added charge. When I got back to KY I saw that we were being charged 129. On my debit card. When I called back the hotel they said that was the booking fee. I said I asked you how much the stay was and that's what I paid in cash. Well I got on my emails the other day and I should not have had to pay but 248. Instead of the 378.00 because I had already been charged the 129. On my debit card. So why was I charged over 504.00 for a 378.00 stay??

Review 14：Not easy access to the beach. No daily room service. Had to strip bed and remake myself on laundry day. (They did the laundry)

Review 17：My husband & I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Great water pressure in the shower. Full size fridge & stove was a plus. We brought our 4-legged boy & he loved it. There's a doggie park around the corner & over the bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast & lunch next door at Screwie Louies...good food & pet-friendly. We look forward to visiting again.

Review 18：The sheets were dirty. The check in is not until 4. When I called at 11:30 I was told the room would be ready at 2:30. Got there at 3:15 and was told I was misinformed and that check in was at 4. Not nicely btw. My friend booked the room, rate was $82.00. Was shocked to see the bill for $150.00!! I was told it was due to booking through booking.com. Nit worth the money. Freezer also didn't keep ice & their machine (that cost .25¢) was broken. Asked for a late check out, charged $15.00 plus tax. The not so friendly gentleman who told me check in wasn't until 4 tapped me on the shoulder by the pool to tell me they needed me to vacate asap as there was someone waiting to check in. It was 1:30. Wouldn't stay there again.

Review 21：A safe, friendly place. The room was like a little apartment. My dog was a welcome as I was.We were only a few minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.

Review 22：The fact that the place is older didn't bother us. What did bother us is that it was filthy. Everything was run down and the dishes and utensils were sparce and mismatched. Also it took more than 5 minutes to get hot water. The floors were disgusting. My socks were filthy from walking on them.

Review 27：Well it had a lot to be desired. Had to wait for at least 10 minutes for the hot water to reach your shower, they did have a note on the wall about that. The linens were terrible the towels were worse then my dogs towels. Very uncomfortable bed, old and worn out. I got work up both night by people outside partying and fighting. I believe if the owners invested a little money in just a few things it might make the stay better. But as for now I would never stay here again, and we travel a lot. There are a lot nicer hotels around there for just about the same money. Very disappointed!

There is no parkingadjacent to the building, I had to park on the next block. The room wasfilthy and smelled bad - we couldn't wait to leave, checked out at7am. For $100/night, I expected something decent.

Review 95：This was a random pick off the Net, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Everything I needed was either there, or within walking distance. Everyone was pleasant, staff and guests. I do hope to come back!

Review 96：Downstairs room we stayed in smelled of smoke, but luckily we changed rooms, the second day and the new room did not, they have a policy of no smoking in the rooms, but I guess some rooms maybe exempt, Music from a near by bar was loud at times, as we like to have our windows open during the day to get the fresh air,but did stop around 10pm when we closed our doors and turned on the air, but it wasnt super annoying. The kids playing marco polo in the pool for hours was however, as I guess they were not being supervised, by an adult which is one of the pool rules. But as i said we could have shut the door and turned on the air, and it is a hotel and kids will be kids and we were not on a private island, and it is hard to say to someone stop having fun on your vaction. All in all a very good trip and would stay there again and may stay in the next few months.

Review 97：The place was very clean and well taken care of, we were told we had to change rooms, and we liked the room upstairs better then the one downstairs the upstairs one we stayed in the longest which was good, all of the other people staying there were very friendly. I would stay there again but ask for the room upstairs, non smoking. It was very convienient to the places we needed to be during our stay. The full kitchen was really great for a week stay so we didnt always have to eat out. The 2 restaurant next door have really good food.
