Review 1：Wish breakfast was included. Staff didn't offer the WiFi information.

Review 2：Room smells wonderful. Pool and excercise room were excellent. Beds very comfy with lots of pillows.

Review 3：It smelled. The food was poor. The waitress delivered the soup with her thumb in the bowl. There was no elevator and the stair doorways were behind double sets of doors with no signage at all.

Review 5：Front desk attendant is so unfriendly, were asking where can we find some brochure for billings attractions, and she looked at us as if she was angry. We've been to many hotels all over the U.S. And this is the worst front desk attendant we've encounter.

Review 16：The facility is all one floor in a big circle, so to get anywhere you have to walk a mile around the whole building. Also, our room was not cleaned throughout our stay and free breakfast would have been awesome!

Wet towel on floor was black from dirt on bathroom floor after his bath. I paid for water slide for my son, the other eight people using it did not, attendant didn't care.

Review 86：I believe the entire establishment was under reconstruction, so it was not a good stay , the first thing we noticed was the police searching a vehicle at our entrance that did not lock and the security camera hanging off the mount, not working, all in all a poor, experience for my grandson to enjoy his 4th Birthday. They even had us check out a day early because they say we only made the reservations till the 21st. My Birthday was the 22nd , but we were not going to argue or stay !

Review 96：The night teller told me she needed a $40 deposit and so I let her take 20 out of my card and gave her a $20 bill when I came up to check out and get my money back they refused saying I never gave it to them I showed the receipt they still refused I got angry they finally gave me the $20 back but then said they would refund my card the $20 and they still haven't done it they made me feel like I did wrong how was I to know the night lady wasn't to do the check in that way I WANT MY REFUND OF THE $20 ON MY CARD OR THE POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED

Review 102：I wanted to use the hot tub but it had a dirty ring around it. The water appeared clean but the ring around the tub turned me off. Also the Bartender in the lounge took it upon herself to not give us change back when we bought a beer. We did have several drinks there and tipped her each time we bought one. Then when my husband ordered one beer he gave her $ 5 and never got change back. We didn't want to accuse her of stealing or anything and maybe it was just a slip up but it was the last beer we had there.

Review 109：After I had to complain a lot we finally got switched to a different room because the TV reception (which was slightly better in new room) and toilet stopped working.

Review 110：Party's on all rooms around ours. Has to move rooms at midnight because of it. The phone was broke so had to walk all the way down to lobby to have someone help with the noise but it never did stop. The bath tub stopper was also broken so I couldn't take a bath and I have health issues that make it hard for me to stand for long time. Over all I wouldn't stay there again!

Review 111：My brother and I arrived on June 6th. June 8th at 3:15am my brother wentto the bathroom and the toilet fell over with him on it. It was veryscary for my brother. They put us in another room, a handicap room onthe other side of the hotel. We were totally exhausted from having to dothis move in the middle of the night. We stayed in the handicap unituntil check out on 6/10/13. The worker at the front desk saidshe would make arrangements to fix their wrong and the inconvience thatwe were put thru. When I checked out on Monday June 10th the young ladyat check out said they felt I should receive full refund plus $15.30 forthe accident that had happened that was not the fault of ours. Howeverwhen I checked my account online they had not. They have me a credit of$15.30 for our inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel toanyone!!! My brother could have been hurt very bad. Again the hotel hadno concern. They never asked if my brother was okay. The handicap roomthey switched us to was not as adequate as the first room, although thetoilet did stay up.

Our room was located next to the fitness"center" that was located in a hallway. At 5am, you could hearthe beeps of the machines and the tv was blaring. The food was okay, butway overpriced. We never got our soup and salad due to them bringing ourmain course first. I will not recommend this hotel.
