Review 1：The whole stay from breakfast, bedding, beds, room decor felt like we had travelled back in time til 1972 but forgotten the cool parts

Review 6：We asked for a good view room with balcony but it turns out that we have one small window looking to a brick wall which is very high that we did not know is it being rainy, sunny outside or day or night? (good that we have watches though ;) ). Of course that should have been mentioned at the reception when we arrived but nooooo, we got the strangest feeling ever, like a surprise joke, right to our face when we entered the room. Also, some stain in the bath tub, I dont know if it is removable but it made me a bit skeptical.

Review 7：The staff in the breakfast service was really nice and offered very good taste Cappuccino. The place was clean, the receptionist is helpful and the location is right next to the castle so we did not have to walk up the hill to the attraction because it is right next door. Love it!

Review 8：The breakfast was almost only cakes and the food was not on any kind of cooling (it was 33 degrees !) The salami was melting ! Breakfast was until 10 but the filling up stopped at 8.30 ! Staff at breakfast was (even for Italy) VERY SLOW

Review 33：This had nothing to do with the hotel, but before you make a trip to San Marino, make sure you check the weather or you could end up staying in the room all day because of the heavy fog and damp. Still, you could relax here in the place if the weather is bad. This place is absolutely perfect for relaxing.

Review 34：I COULD NOT HAVE ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE FROM THE HOTEL!!!! This place is absolutely perfect. The staff is very helpful since the very beginning of my trip. They arranged to pick me up at San Marini Bus stop and drop me off when I was leaving. The room was spacious and comfortable. I booked a room with a terrece with view and, if the weather is nice, it was romantic. The beakfast was good, ranging from typical fried egg, scrambled egg and sweet. The location just outside the historic sites of San Marino and you could walk to the Public Palace in 5-10 minutes.

We felt comfortable parking on the street across from the hotel (nominal fee) though garage parking was also available from the hotel (quite a bit more expensive.) We also liked the breakfast buffet served at the hotel.

Try and get a room on the 4th floor as we were on the 3rd and the view is partially obscured by the trees across the road - from the floor above, the fitness room and roof terrace you're above the trees with clear views.

Review 53：Room furniture was retro, with bedside room controls from the 70s Car park is under hotel down a very steep ramp, and very cramped. Some cars are lifted above others on ramps (like those used in mechanics) so you have to leave keys at reception for the valet to shuffle them round. Either on arrival or departure, front bumper was scratched but not mentioned by hotel staff.

Review 128：We loved the view from our hotel room balcony - towards the Apennines mountains, and watching the street scene below. The receptionist was extremely helpful in every way, and allowed us to leave our car in the basement car park after checking out.

Review 129：Our room (standard) was facing the piazza where was a rock concert till 3 a.m. Can zou imagine, you are on a tour, very tired, and you can't sleep. Breakfast was poor, no toast at all and the explanation was that they had a group of 50 people (?!). Really, big group for a Grand hotel. And all that for 120€ witch were charged during that sleepless night (SMS from the bank).
