Review 1：On the second day, the girl behind the reception rudely said I had not paid for both nights. Didn't want to accept I had. When she contacted the original receptionist and was informed that I had she shooed me away. To her credit she was quite warm later thAt evening

Review 2：the hotel is in a quiet location with excellent facilities and cleaniness is second to none. The tea and breakfast were excellent

Review 7：The approach to the hotel is a little wild but once arrived it is a really friendly and hospitable place. The value for money is superb by European standards, and the "banya" facilities are a particular highlight of the visit. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Omsk on a budget.

Review 8：There was urine on the toilet seat, so I checked the bed and there was a hair under the duvet (not head hair) so they obviously don't bother changing the sheets between customers!! There was also bits of rubbish on the floor, I found a sweet and bits of paper!! Don't stay here unless like me you are breaking a long train journey and looking for the cheapest place to stay!!!! Terrible hotel!!!
