Review 1：The rooms are very small. After 6pm the hotel went to another level of entertainment. There was smoking in other rooms where it smelled in the hallways and in our room of illegal substances, enough said. This was not acceptable with a elderly mother, myself and my 5 kids. If it were just me maybe I would have let it slide.

Review 2：I liked the convenience to where I needed to go. The staff was wonderful. Just need to have a bit more control on who comes and go.

Review 10：I just rented here for the airport shuttle, it was way nicer than I'd expected! Plus they gave me a free cookie, staff were great, and they'e contracted with a company so you can order in room meals. Nice when you've been on a plane all day!

Review 11：I was stuck in New Orleans due to an airline layover. I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. I found it a bit damp for my taste, but I understand that it is mostly a factor of the extremely humid climate. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite a recent change of ownership.

Called the hotel a few min later, to see if I could change to a nonSmoking room & was told due to booking on line, I had to endure the smoke filled section. Your company should give more Lee-way to the local staff on things like this, if space is available.

Review 14：This is actually "Sleep Inn". It's not "Airport Hotel" and it's not "Red Roof Hotel". We had trouble finding it because the correct name did not show up on Booking.com. Luckily our reservation had the correct address and somewhere on the email they did put "Sleep Inn". So if you do make a reservation (good hotel) make sure to look for "Sleep Inn" building.

Review 16：THE HOSPITALITY WAS OUTSTANDING. The Inn is under new management, the new manager collected us from the airport. The entire staff was wonderful. There was a perfect mix of guests. Breakfast was unexpected and good.

Review 23：I was in Kenner for a Volleyball tournament. Had 4 adults and 12 High school girls. Our reservations didn't get to the property until the morning of our stay. They were able to accommodate all of our needs. The breakfast was perfect for us, grab and go or fix a waffle or cereal. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Review 24：This facility is entirely to close to the interstate. Toss & turn all night from the sound of traffic. Not to mention the light from the parking lot was so bright, if I didn't know better I wouldn't though it was morning!

Review 27：I liked the value for my buck. It was in a great location,about about 15 minute drive to New Orleans. It was close to numerous gas stations, restaurants,Walmart and a mall. The mall has a Café du Monde which was great considering the one in the French Quarter was packed. There is also a daiquiri shop next door that has excellent yet affordable drinks.

After an hour of waiting I had to spend more money on a cab anyway. Asked well in advance for a quiet room away from the highway. Young man at reception said the only room they had left was a room right on the highway. Noise from large trucks ALL NIGHT LONG. Rooms are not soundproofed at all. Could hear the person in the next room snoring all night too. Not at all what I needed after 26 hours of travelling to get to the US. Save yourself the hassle and stay at La Quinta instead. You wont regret it.
