Review 1：We did not have running water for two days due to a broken pipe, They did not even offer to comp anything until I asked.

Review 2：The Staff was nice the rooms were clean

Review 3：More parking could be available and you can hear people in the floor above you walking and closing doors.

Review 4：Easy check in and check out. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Review 5：Tub clogged. We had some stompers on the second level. Luckily we had a noisy bath exhaust to drown out outside sounds. Bad location for loud sounds.

Review 17：We wanted a family room for 5 adults and a child with a heated pool. The price was right and the room was huge. The pool was heated but the juccusi didnt bubble but it was still good and hot. Breakfast was really good. Waffles, sausage, eggs, toast and cereals...plus bagels, muffins and etc...It was a good place and affordable!

Review 18：No fitness room as advertised. Pool & hot tub over chlorinated.Pop machine out of service. Other side of hotel pop machine soldout of water.

Review 20：The sink drain would not open. Water sat full in the sink all eve and night, could not use the sink in the morning to get ready for work. Bathtub drain would not stay open for shower and had to remove the plug to allow drainage. Toilet had to be flushed several times. The room felt dingy. I was extremely disappointed and checked out in the morning, cancelling my next night's stay. The bed was sunken in the middle. I had to sleep on the edge. There were very rough looking people sitting in the lobby when I arrived.

Review 22：WiFi signal was weak. A small fridge and or microwave would have been welcomed. Your tall sign seen from I-29 ,but no sign to identify you at street level. I entered your competitors lot first.

Review 24：One elevator,, long ways from room... Wanted hot tub but didn't work... Wall paint touched up with wrong paint... Carpets dirty, and scraps of paper on floor, old balloon still on shelf from prior guest... Smelled terrible of cig. Smoke... And we both smoke!! Tv's outdated and poor picture with lines through screen. Dresser had pet chew marks all over bottom edge.

Review 26：When we got there to check in there was no one at the front desk and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up and we had very tires young grandchildren with us that needed to get to bed.

There was no power button in the remote so you had to turn it on and off on the console. The room was very dated and needs remodeled really bad. Lots of tear and wear on everything! The tub plug was broken. Everything was awful about this room except the bed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The building was nice. The pool and hot tub looked decent but the jets in the hot tub were broken. I was extremely disappointed as I have seen this place and always wanted to stay there bc it looked really cool but then looks were very deceiving and disappointing!!!

A group of over 40 people who thought they had reservations did not, and the desk person was doing everything she could to help them find other lodging. She also efficiently dealt with us and even assigned us another room.

No receipt offered no indication as to price if stay until we asked. Horrible customer service. Never again.
