Review 1：The directions from the interstate to the motel were at first hard to understand and follow. Actually there very few directions at all.

Review 2：location for meals, staff at front desk when checking in patio type chairs and table just outside the room very relaxing

Review 3：Because we booked online, the front desk said breakfast wouldn't be included, even though it states that breakfast is included thru bookings.com- ended up costing us an additional $20 per day for breakfast.

Review 5：Noisy garbage truck before 7:00 AM on a Saturday. Curtains that would not close so we had a lit up room all night. Beds were very small

Review 14：I liked the full breakfast menu, at a restaurant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was the best. I stay in Billings every months if not more, so glad I finally stayed here this is where I will stay from now on.

Review 15：The breakfast next door was fantastic. Our room had a rain shower. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Billings has several one ways, so leave the car!

Review 19：Could not get hotel to honor Booking.com proce! At first arrival they charged my credit card $132 (about), when I complained and showed my Booking.com proof of agreed price of $108.99 including tax they said that there was no manager on duty and the desk clerk could not make the adjustment. At final check-out next day they actually charged $122.36, still $13.37 above the Booking.com agreed price (I think they added tax again to the original $108.99). The desk clerk did give me 2 (free?) breakfast coupons, "for my trouble".

Review 21：We arrive late at night around 10:00p. When I went to the front desk to check in a lady was vacuuming behind the counter, she did say hi, and didn't even shut off the vaccuum. She was told by the desk lady 2 to 3x's before it was turn off.

Review 22：Because the pool was out of order our family receive tickets to the local water park. We enjoy very much!

Review 23：When I arrived at the clock tower, it was late and I had drove a longway. Norma, I believe her name was, was friendly and amazing. My fraudprotection had apparently kicked in and my card was being rejected...shewas very patient and even allowed me to use the hotel phone to resolvethe problem. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here againand would highly recommend it to anyone.

Review 26：Chaotic front desk. Surly woman sent us to a single room overlooking a derelict courtyard. Took one hour to check although booked months earlier. Sent to wrong room, key did not work. Sent to correct room, key did not work. Swimming pool being renovated. Parking under building near main roads and derelict blocks.

Review 27：King Room newly decorated with style and flair, despite the window view being a brick wall. Bedding, carpets, furnishings looked lovely. The shower was dual purpose with an overhead soaker or a wall mounted spray. Kudos to the decorator.

Review 28：We stayed on a Saturday night - with it being so close to downtown it's attractive to those wanting to sample the bars &a nightlife. Hotel has a 10pm quiet time, but being a motel format it's not easy to enforce

Review 29：Easy to find from Interstate. Room is not huge but tastefully furnished. Very good TV & fridge, & wifi was free and worked very well. Coffee available at reception. Room was very clean & bed was comfortable.

Review 33：Close to Billings airport and Enterprise car rental just 2 blocks away. The shuttle service driver was charming and polite even at nearly midnight. I had taken 3 flights from the UK and had been awake more than 24 hours so the first impression when you arrive at your final destination is very important. The driver made me feel very welcome. Stella's pie shop was amazing. Fabulous breakfast - American Style!

Review 34：Terrible location, horrible parking, no thought process into how the rooms are arranged on the property. Plus, the floors creak to the point that you can yourself, and the people above you, walking across the floor.

Review 50：it was difficult to figure the area, for parking and driving, lots of one ways got lost and couldn't find way back. could not check in till 3 so i had to keep all my things with me that needed to be put away. it was very noisy; maintenance people outside, cleaning crew on the floor above, sirens and large trucks for stuff around the property. I don't think it should cost as much as it did with these factors.

The staff was helpful in arranging a limo for us to go out, check-in and out was easy, room was very nice, clean, roomy, parking was provided in the parking garage....everything was great in all 3 of the rooms that our friends and us had! The swimming pool and area looked very nice, but we didn't have the opportunity to use it! It is also walking distance to some restraunts and casinos and shopping downtown. I would very much recommend this hotel and would definetly stay there again!

Review 56：Loud air condition, location not very nice, but doesn't affect stay, some rooms very far from pool, sauna, and fitness room. Make sure to check your payment per night, I was charged wrong twice, but after pointing it out, I got reimbursed.

The meter did not start till 8 am so we were able to move the car to the parking area before the meter started since other patrons had left. The insulation to ambient sound is less than desirable. Overall they have done an excellent job with what they had. Much nicer than it appears from the outside

In traveling through the Midwest we have found it difficult to find hotels with fitness rooms but there fitness equipment was in good shape.

Review 68：the manager of the hotel was getting married and used the hotel as his personal retreat. the pool was occupied by 15 or 20 drunken, loud teenagers all day and night, people complained to the front desk but no action was taken. we were charged full price of approx. $160 per night and could not use the pool or sleep at night. we will NEVER stay here again and will do our best to make sure that no one we talk to stays there either! shame on management!
