Review 1：price. i believe in today's world as it pertains to hotels, it's worth it, but over $200 for 5 hours of time you have with the room (not including sleeping) seems a bit steep. again, I get it, that's just how it is. it's location and how nice the room is why it may seem justifiable.

Review 2：the room, style, comfort, location. size was good too. overall pleasure. would like to visit again, but quite pricey.

Review 3：No indoor pool, most shops were closed, thought it would be more resort like with spa facilities in the village. No DVD player.

Review 6：We got a great deal through Booking.com, the room was cozy and beds comfortable. Ate at the 17 Resturant (delicious) then at the Knot just a bar Restaurant and it was very good.

Review 7：Uncomfortable bed, no refrigerator in the room, balcony was shared with the room next door so we had to keep the curtains shut at all times, room adjoined to the room next door and the light and noise came through the adjoining area, shower head was about useless, bathroom sink didn't drain properly and there is very limited parking. Cold cement floor with thin worn carpet without padding.

Review 9：The rooms were really the small lock off from a main condo and not a hotel room. You could barely move around in the rooms they were so small. There was only one chair and no table. We had several very poor and insulting interactions with front reception staff. We would never consider staying at this hotel again. WE could have done better at a Comfort Inn and wished we had!! We paid $159 per night and found the same rooms on booking.com for the same night for $89!!!

Review 11：Adjoining room occupants were inconsiderate coming in very late at night, slamming of doors and being noisy! When checking out at reception we were not asked if we had had a nice stay or not!!!! Lady just said you are all checked out!!!!!!

Review 18：Not sure if the poor lighting outside was due to it being a harbor or if it's under control of the village, but we arrived just after sundown and it was difficult to see our way around. Very few lights were on outside and it felt like places were closed when they weren't.

Review 19：Wonderful view of the harbor, very clean room and bathroom (and I'm picky!), excellent location and helpful staff. The card for $25 off at The Original Pancake House there at the resort was a wonderful surprise we weren't expecting! That's when your place went above and beyond!

Review 41：We really enjoyed the atmosphere. We had a beautiful deluxe suite with a balcony overlooking the marina,pool,restaurants and shops. Our suite was very clean with really comfortable beds,nice clean bathrooms,and a nice kitchen and living area. We would stay here again and recommend to friends!

Review 56：There were no chairs in the room other than the one at the desk. There was a window seat that was wood... no cushion. There was a TV in the room but no information on available channels. No hours of pool operation. No one answers the phone when you call the front office. No information on the check out procedure, other than if you don't leave by 11:00, you will be charged for an additional half day.

Review 57：The bathroom and jet tub was nice. The wet bar and coffee pot were great. The pool was wonderful as was the work out room. For $275 a night, when takes and additional charges are added, I thought for September, not a great value for your dollar.

Review 59：The room layout. Odd use of space especially in the bathroom. Mattress was far below much less expensive chain hotels. Was there for the WOW and felt disappointed. Prior three nights were at Crystal Mountain Resort. Just the opposite happened. Not expecting WOW ....but were blown away with how nice it was.
