Review 1:The bed was to hard. I could of sleeper on the floor for a better nights sleep

Review 3:The shower had trouble regulating the temperature, and went from freezing cold, to boiling. The staff in the breakfast area were unpleasant.

Review 7:Absolutely disgusting customer service, the reception staff are nothingbut rude. The dining staff however, are okay. Arrived Friday night (23rdOctober) only to find the reception was closed, noone called or emailedme (as I stated I would arrive late) to say go through the games room tocheck in. (Had to google it) Checking in I was never asked for a payment(I booked through booking.com and had to put in my card details but itwas stated that card wouldnt be used for the payment. I was not going touse that card) I thought it was strange no card was taken, the rude ladyat the desk failed to tell me that my card I had used to reserve mybooking would be used. Did not recieve a receipt/was never asked ifI wanted a receipt. She took my partners credit card and swiped that,making me think that she was using that as the payment... Nope! Alsofailed to tell us that cards details were being held just incase wetrashed the room. I had spending money specifically for this trip, andcouldn't use a single cent of it because it was used on the room.The "queen" bed was in fact not a queen bed, it was two single beds pushed together, very uncomfortable as the end/middle of the bed was higher than the actual bed so it was absolutely terrible for us as a couple.Checking out (25th October) was a horrible experience, I wasn't greeted at all by the receptionist (this was another rude one), I asked politely to checkout - she then snapped saying "well we don't hold people hostage" with a blunt laugh.I stated we haven't paid yet, she then stated yes you have, it says its paid.I then said that I was never told I paid and that the card I put down on booking.com said that was only to reserve my booking, she said that the other receptionist must have used that card. I stated that that wasn't the card I was going to pay with and was never told that I had paid.She then SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. Saying oh well, thats what she did.
