Review 1：Each room is connected with another room with a lockable door, making it easy to be bothered by the noise from that room.

This place is an older style motel, however it is clean and feels very safe. I'd stay again without a doubt. On arrival I was feeling unwell, having travelled for over 4 hours feeling sick. Review 13：Convenient location, pleasant, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. It's designed as a motor inn, so not fancy or glamorous, but a great value with far more charm than most motor lodges, in a downtown location.

Review 15：A ride by car 5 min to Morro Bay. The host is very nice and flexible at breakfast serving. The room is clean and warm with heating system on. There is free parking just in front of the room.

Review 75：The prior reviews are spot on. This hotel does deserve a 5 Star Rating. It is older and you will be very surprised when you enter your room. Immaculate and very clean and very nicely remodeled. We felt very comfortable there and we will return on our next visit to Morro Bay. The owner and reception person Ann was very very cordial and nice. She always asked us if we needed anything and how everything is going. She added a very personal touch to this establishment. My advice if you need a place to stay in Morro Bay, definitely stay here. Read all the reviews. They are great and they deserve to be.
Review 76：Sundown Inn is a privatly owned motel and offers very comfortable stay with large comfy bed, good shower, spaceful room with frigde and excellent coffee. Staff members are very friendly and helpful.
Review 77：I don't think the room had an air conditioner, but it did have a room fan we could use and place where we wanted it. Since the evening was cool the fan helped to cool off the room. The room smelled a bit "old" even though it was very clean. This is a small motel and we were comfortable. If you're looking for luxury, don't stay here. If you want an inexpensive, one night stay in a unique place, this is for you.
Review 78：Even though our room was quite dated, it was clean which I feel is a big deal. The bathroom was small but recently tiled and updated. The bed was surprisingly comfortable considering it had a vibrating bed feature for a quarter. I haven't seen one of those in years and it gave us a good laugh as we tried it out anyway. The ocean was a short walk, only two blocks away from the ocean front shops and restaurants.

We went on a Saturday and there seemed to be some sort of farmer's market within walking distance of us also. Be sure to have cash! The food at the farmer's market was really overpriced and not really worth the money. I'd recommend the stay again. The owners seem to really care about the motel.

The Main Street location is convenient to everything--walkable to the water and Saturday Farmer's Market, an easy drive to the state park. The Magic Fingers mattress was fun. We didn't know they still made them.
Review 109：We were very happy we picked this motel-on the advice of previous reviewers. The room was cheery and very clean. Nice sliding windows to let in fresh air. Real coffee cups were a nice touch for the in room coffee maker. There was also a small fridge and microwave. Only two blocks walk to the ocean. Walked to stores and restaurants too. The problem is the walls are still paper thin, you can hear coughing, voices in next room, and the plumbing also is extremely loud so when anyone showers it rumbles through. It's a shame because all other aspects are really good, and we would probably stay again if just passing through.

Review 134：Needs outdoor lighting along sidewalk. There were planters and other small hazards you couldn't see at night, at all. Suggest rope lighting along path edge to delineate step yet remain subtle.
