Review 1：Requested a double bed room, wound up with 2 twin beds. The bed was very uncomfortable with a large dip in the middle of the mattress. Hair everywhere in bathroom on check in and blood on the mirror.
Review 2：Fast internet, good location, room cleaned daily, very well priced.
Review 3：We had a room with a connection door to another room so the "wall" was pretty thin. Not much tourist information provided by the reception.
Review 4：Nothing special, good value for money, nice and big room, cheap room service with decent food, breakfast in the cafe costs around 100 baht, not the best location but still within walking distance to main attractions, tuk tuk to the bus station was 80 baht.
Review 5：The access card was faulty many times. Complained and waited almost half an hour. We had 2 rooms and both the mattres were half sunk in. Taking a shower is a torture.

Review 21：Receptionist Miss Rungthira was helpful in arranging for last minute tour booking. She called several tour operators to source for lowest quotes. Definitely a 5-star service for a 3-star accommodation. Left with a lasting impression of the hotel and Chiang Rai hospitality. Near to Saturday night walking street.
Review 22：The bathroom was not especially clean, particularly the shower, and the drains tend to smell a little. The bed linen wasn't especially clean, though did appear to have been laundered. No safe in the room. Window a little small, making the room slightly gloomy (strangely, I think the rooms in building B which are slightly cheaper have larger windows!).
Review 23：Convenient location a few minutes walk to most things in Chiang Rai. Good sized room, reasonably well maintained. Staff don't speak much English but do their best to help - for example, the hotel has no laundry but the staff will arrange for it to do done outside (at a cost, obviously). Good value.

Review 27：Wifi requires logging in each time via a website and you get kicked out if you lay down your device for a few minutes. This process really gets on your nerves. The location is fair but not in the very center of the town (10-15 min walk). The rooms in building A are really dark even if you turn on all the lights. No international news channels, almost all channels are in Thai.

You must carry in your person all valuables, monies & passport. 5. found a tick in bathroom. But bed was clean.

The room was large, though ironically the more expensive larger rooms have smaller windows! Cleanliness was pretty good. The hotel doesn't have lots of facilities as reflected in the price, though the staff were helpful and got laundry done for me (not officially a hotel service).
Review 59：The water in the shower. Too little pressure and switching between hot and cold. The room was too dark. Window could not be held open since right across a construction site with construction worjers. Even though we made a special request about not having a joint room it was ignored.

Review 61：We had 2 rooms in B Block close to the elevator shaft. We couldn't sleep due to the noise from a water pump and the lift and were not able to be relocated in rooms away from the noise. When we requested a refund for the balance of the stay this was denied. We ended up paying for a second hotel as well. Ask for rooms in A Block!!!!
