Review 1：The roomwalls were extremely thin. I could literally hear every spoken word by the neigbours. This shouldn't be!

Review 18：Even though the cleaning staff had somehow missed the previous guest's dental pick on the bathroom sink, the rest of the room seemed clean enough. However, the beds really were extremely uncomfortable! They were more than hard - my husband and I barely slept. We realize that beds in Italy tend to be a little harder than what we are accustomed to in the US, but these were far beyond hard - more like cement blocks. Even though the location was perfect; the beds would probably be a deal breaker to stay there again. We would only recommend to someone who doesn't care about bed comfort.

Review 23：The location is amazing; given that San Marino old town is very small, I could go back and forth to it several times a day. Good comfort and style for the price paid (wasn't expecting it). The breakfast offer is also much better than the majority of other cheap places out there. This place attempts to benefit from tourists from the San Marino / Italy side, instead of the Russian-owned places within the old walls.

Review 43：The word "suite" used to describe our room is misleading. Suite implies a little more than just a bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and tiny desk. One would expect at least an armchair and a small kettle. There wasn't really any private parking though that was advertised.

Review 58：We had some trouble on our way to San marino, so I emialed the hotel advising them of our late arrival and they said that a late check in would not be a problem. Which wasn't, it was a very easy check in. Also we complained that the heating in our room was too hot, it was fixed right away. When we needed to leave early in the morning to catch our flight we checked out the night before so as to save time the following morning and were also offered coffee then since we had missed the last breakfast. Most of the staff speak very good clear English
