Review 1：The staff didn't speak any English despite they advertise in English on the web site. They put they have free bicycle service and swimming pool and you have to pay for both. Also, the staff was really rude while we were trying to communicate with them via google translator (specially a girl called Cristina). The room was really noisy because of a construction they were doing in the hotel and when we asked for a different room they did nothing. After when we complained they said that the noise was going to stop in one our and that the next day was off, but the next morning at 7 am they started again. Also at night we couldn't sleep because they celebrates wedding in there and the music was really loud! Wifi only at the reception. The room was with a shared bathroom but there was only one shower for more than 20 rooms.

Review 3：Only ONE bathroom for the whole floor! The same toalet is shared by mens and womens! Noisy party in the ballroom up to late in the night. No cold beer in the bar.

Review 4：It is a big hotel, with a nice lobby, pool and gym. The room was fine (no toalet in the room). It is 5 min away from the airport, but very far from the city center (downtown). No one in the hotel speaks english, but they are nice people.

Review 5：Housekeeping was bad. Significant mold in the showers. No toilet paper for almost a full day in the shared facilities, even though the sheet indicated the WC had been serviced.

Review 9：The place looked amazing when we entered, but then we were shown to our room, and we thought it was a joke. Tapestry falling from the walls l, hole in the floor and clocked shower. Looked like something taken out of a human trafficking movie.
