Review 1：Everything
Review 2：Nothing. I like clean fresh spelling sheets at any hotel/inn. These pple did not bother to change the sheets after d last guest. U could see the sign of use all over the sheets. When i called to ask for a set of clean sheets, i got just sheets n no pillow cases. I asked, and they brought me used terribly smiley pillow cases from another room which obviously was in the same condition as mine. Good side? At least no bedbugs.
Review 3：The room they put us in was disgusting!! It stunk and was filthy. I havestayed in several hotels and by far this is the dirtiest, stinkiestplace that I have ever stayed. We lasted one night. I went the next dayand found another place to stay. Lost money but it was worth losing onenights stay because of the filth!

Review 5：I got to my room and it was gross, the deadbolt didn't work, there was a bunch of people outside making a lot of noise, couldn't sleep, the bed was aweful

Review 7：Incompetent staff, poorly maintained. The person who checked in ahead of me came back and reported room already occupied, and someone opened my door at 3:30am. Thank God my dog was there to alert me. Also, housekeeping turned off my air conditioner while I was out as and opened the curtains, leaving my belongings in easy view. There were dirty smudges on the walls, and housekeeping dropped trash outside my door and left it ( I know because it had come from my own room trash can. Front desk staff would only state it wasn't their fault. They suggested maybe the wind opened my door. Also: what breakfast? Were the vending machines supposed to count?
Review 8：I paid for a non smoking room, didn't get that. He tried to charge me $10 more than the amount from Booking.com. You can book a room on this site but they do not give you what you ask for, they hand enter your info as you come in. Not to mention it was dirty, seedy, I felt unsafe in the room because the doors don't really lock.

Review 10：Third and final day after two days of maid entering my room afterrepeded request to office not to have room serviced and them leavingroom open after serviceing with my clothes and things unsecure for myentire absense 20 hrs. To the maid waltzing in my room that last day asthey had each day uninvited this time I jump outta bed and am almost tothe door when she opens door fully to me with no clothes on runnin gv onabout an hr sleep.

Review 12：They lost our reservation. Charged us a $50 no show fee a month later. After driving 8 hours and no hotel with a room within a 40 mile radius they put us in an unclean room. Smelled of smoke.
Review 13：Surly, uncooperative staff. Overcharged us at first, which was resolved on the spot. Given a heavily smoked room after requesting non-smoking due to severe allergies. Told they could accomodate non-smoking room for only 1st night of 3. Tried to checkout after 1st night which was guaranteed option when booked, staff refused to refund 2 nights fee. Booking.com had to intervene. Terrible experience.
Review 14：The WiFi was rather slow. We were in the building farthest from the main office. Not sure if that affected our signal strength. Minus that it was a great stay

Our first room smelled so bad of cigarettes that our throats were burning, but they did give us a new room it was still a smoking room but wasn't as bad as the first so to make the room smell better went to walgreens and got a glades plug in and so spray and that help with the odor of the room. There were brown spits on the wall and things written on the bathroom wall and floors.
Review 19：The room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. There was no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. There was no continental breakfast available. I would have like to have had the shower rod that bows out and provides more room in the shower. I heard from other people staying in different hotels but attending the same show that they paid less for better accommodations. I paid $65 a night and received a $30 room. I will not return.
Review 20：The room was roomy with a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked well. The hotel was right off the highway. There was plenty of well lit parking. They did allow pets.

The cost was reasonable for Thursday, however, on Friday and through the weekend (Derby) the rates were ridiculously high for the same "NO" amenities. Review 62：We stayed here for two nights on business. We were really only in the room to shower quickly and sleep. The room was tiny but very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe and it was definitely budget-friendly. I would most definitely stay here again. Just a heads up though, there isn't a coffee maker or hair dryer so bring what you need! Can't beat the cost of the room though! Front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful as well.
