Review 1：Nothing was bad, but the room was outdated and there was no hairdryer.
Review 2：The bedding and room were clean. Check in and out was easy, and I liked that I could park in front of my room. Perfect for a one night stay near the casino.

Review 14：The location was great for the CT wineries and the Casinos. It was clean, smelled okay, everything worked. Had tv, fridge and microwave. Airconditioning was window type but worked fine. We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised and the price was outstandingly inexpensive.
Review 15：The beginning of our negative experience consisted of our having to communicate with the desk manager through a slot in a window. I felt as if I were patronizing a liquor store in the middle of a slum. The manager was the only person we met. He was not on duty the next day when we needed information about where to get breakfast. We checked out early by sliding our key through that slot. Needless to say there was no lobby . We were told that there would be at least a garment rack in the room. There was no closet. My wife had a party to attend and would have appreciated at least the promised clothing rack to hang up her dress. When we asked the manager about this he said that they were redecorating (news to me) and the racks were taken out of the rooms by the painters. The room itself was substandard even though relatively clean appearing. The cleaning staff made a game attempt -- it was old and grimey with a very small sink, covered with burn marks caused by cigarettes (in spite of the no smoking policy). No attempt was make to provide in room coffee. The area in which the motel is isolated -- nothing was open on Sunday morning. Evidently all of the other motels in the area provided some breakfast for their customers. In general. the motel was old and grim -- no amenities, no pictures or decoration. My wife and I have traveled extensively . The Windsor Motel was one of the three worst we have ever patronized == certainly not worth the price of over $100.00 for the night.

Review 19：we like to nothing about this place. Upon walking in you felt like you were checking into a prison there is a huge piece of glass between you and the reception area. With a tiny little hole that you can pass your credit card through or return your room key. I went back in to ask for two more pillows and a woman came to the front telling me they had none so I asked for a blanket or something that I could fold up. That's when the hands flew up in the air in the huffing and puffing and the well I don't know we'll have to see you give me at least 15 minutes to see if I can come up with something came out of her mouth. The room smell awful and I believe the owners live there because as me and my husband laid there watching TV we could hear them bickering back-and-forth the room walls are paper thin. There is no Wi-Fi and they keep no soap or cups or anything in the rooms. There are pales full of cigarette butts and everything else outside the room I believe people may live there not sure but we saw a young couple inside one of the rooms with the catand it definitely look like they've been there sometime. Our sheets had stains on them too. As did the mattress going down the side of it disgusting. We definitely do not recommend this room for anybody pay the extra $20 and stay in a better hotel it's way worth it. Me and my husband both woke up feeling like we had slipped on a rock all night.
