Review 1：Had some noisy neighbors that where up having a party all night. Also, they accept pets but have no where for them to "go" had to walk my dogs to the street in the middle of the night.

After threatening to leave, we were given blankets and a second portable heater which caused the circuit breaker to go out and all of the power in the room to go out, thus causing the clock to restart and the tv to reprogram. The coffee in the morning was terrible.

Review 12：Worst place ever!!! Never go here, unbelievable that this accomodationcan still operatie!At the reception desk it smells like curry and that welcome promised not much good. Unfortunately it was worse than we could imagine; in fact the worst place we have ever stayed in the US. Pillowcases smell like they had not been cleaned at all so we asked for new ones. There were thick black hairs all over the bathroom floor so we cleaned it ourselves but the worst ever: when we opened the bed linen, it was ALL covered with those thick black hairs. It was horrible! Already 11pm we had doubts about what to do: get another hotel or ask for new sheets. We decided for the last option, and get new sheets but any sheet was FULL of black hairs. Not one, packed all over. It was horrible. The receptionist just murmeled something like he did them have cleaned and couldnt help -didnt worth either.

Review 17：There was no rock view - only the parking lot. The towels were tiny, grey and rough. I overheard a woman ask the desk clerk for an extra one and the clerk actually asked her why! The wood floors on the upper floors make a lot of noise so don't book a first floor room unless you like to hear tramping on the ceiling. The breakfast area/reception was about 8 feet square with two small tables. Breakfast was basic and we had to take our coffee to our room but there were no lids for the Styrofoam cups. No coffee pot in the room either. The whole place smelled very strongly of Indian curry which was quite nauseating.
Review 18：Very convenient location for the oceanfront. Free wifi. The furniture in the room was new and the bed was comfortable. We also had a fridge and a microwave.
Review 19：Room had a shared wall heater between rooms, you could hear the noisy people practically all night long. Bathroom only had shower availability, no bath option. Continental breakfast was pathetic, only toast, coffee and orange juice, overall a rounchy place to stay. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Review 22：Great location and newly remodeled. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. We traveled with our golden retriever as this hotel is pet friendly. This hotel is only a block or so from the shore. We will stay here again.
Review 23：For half the price, I would have been satisfied. Soap and Shampoo were dispensed from a wall dispenser. Upon arrival the refrigerator and television were unplugged and we had to figure out how to get them going,(Not easy for us mature people who have to move heavy furniture away from the walls to do this.) It was noisy.It was unusually warm in Morro Bay and there was no air conditioning. We had an upstairs room and underneath the stairs there were piles of old paint buckets and trash.
Review 24：The best I can say was the location was good, it did have a rock view as its name indicates. It was close to downtown and the embarcadero.
Review 25：The property is pet friendly, however, there were no grassy areas for our dog to relieve himself. We had to walk our dog around the neighborhood and allow him to relieve himself on someone elses property. Yes, we did pick up the poop.

Review 33：Dirty. The walls were really scummy, everything had that unclean sticky feeling. The towels were old threadbare rags you could see through. No toilet paper. No TP holder, no screen on one window. Continental breakfast a joke. Screwed us on early checkout.
Review 34：I love the owners. Always ready to accommodate. The rooms are large and always clean. Hotel is close to everything, and offers my favorite breakfast...waffles! Also, my friend left her necklace there by accident. We had to go back, but they had it safely held in their office.

The chairs that were at the little table were shredded and the material was hanging off. The remodeled stuff looked nice, but would be even nicer if the room was clean (walls, floor, furniture, etc)
Review 41：Floor was extremely dirty. Shampoo and soap were in strange dispensers. Shower curtain didn't reach tub edge, so water got on the floor. Ground level rooms experience a good amount of noise in the mornings.

Didn't work. There was a hole in the front window screen. Old front door. Had to call the front desk 3 times about the wifi. Very accommodating but they had to keep resetting the router.

Review 54：The bathroom window was jarred and could not close. This was a but scary since the other side was a busy sidewalk. The bathroom smelled like a cat's litter box.The walls were filthy in the bathroom. The WiFi was non existent. I could not log on to work and this set me back. The walls are paper thin. You can here everything happening. I will not stay here again.

Review 70：The place is old and although its been "remodeled", it still shows signs of age. The water in the tub and toilet had a light rust colored tint to it. I had first thought it was maybe just my eyesight, but it was truly not clear at all! (I'm only 39 years old Ya know!) The room was stuffy with no fresh air blowing through the vents as there are none! Crack a window or sleep with the fan on! I stayed for only 2 nights and was pretty much ready to leave after the first. We didn't eveb bother to have the continental breakfast, but chose to walk and enjoy the fresh air and a restaurant down the street. Not the worst place I've seen or stayed, but one that We will not be running back to!

Review 84：The swimming pool has been filled in, as was the case in many motels in that neighborhood. The free breakfasts, while nice (waffle maker, coffee, cereal, etc.), were light on fruit and protein, so don't plan on skipping lunch. The interior of the rooms are much nicer than the exterior, but I think they are working on the outside. This was March of 2015, and these things (other than the pool) might improve, so ask. No in-room coffee maker, (but there might have been if we had asked, and it was available downstairs.)
Review 85：The interior of our rooms were attractive, clean, tasteful modern decor, relaxing. Microwave, nice TV, etc. Staff was nice. They allow pets, and the rooms seem designed to make it possible to keep very clean and dog-hair free.

Changing the carpets to wood floors does not mean full renovation. The heater did not work so the manager gave us a space heater which did not do the job considering it was really cold that night. We were booked for 2 nights and since we booked with "Booking.com" and we can no longer cancel without penalty, we left after the first night - lost our money but it was better than staying in a dirty hotel room.

Review 112：Although it was recently renovated, the sink seemed to be pulling off the wall. It could be used but someone had obviously leaned on it. The shower head leaked. There should be somewhere to hang clothes, only a small wall hook was behind a door. The room clean but could use a deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

For breakfast they cannot even dissolve OJ concentrate, so it would taste decent. Even waffle maker is out of whack and needs replacement. and not even other suggestion for breakfast, other than a piece of gray bread, that you can toast. The place does not worth the money, it's trying to charge whatsoever....
