Review 1：Nothing much, but location is not that convenient, of course, you could ask hotel to rent a motorbike for you, then everything will be fine! lol

Review 2：1. Staff are so helpful and always have solutions for my request. 2. View is great, you could see the sunset in your room! 3. Room are modern and spacious!

Review 3：The only little thing I would say necessary to improve on is the outside area around the pool during evenings. It's simply to dark to almost stay awake, some lights across the area would certainly be enjoyable when having dinner on the deck. :)

Review 4：The staff is outstanding by all measures. They truly know how to care for what is in the details which clearly gives me, as a guest, a great experience staying there. Their facilities are also state of the art and truly made a good impression on us. They also offer great excursions and other F&B events.

Review 5：The only draw back is the distance from Kata Center / beach however, they have shuttle buses 3 times a day, we rented motorbikes ( 300 baht / day ) so all in all it was just fine.

Review 8：A bit of a smell in and around the room. To dark in the bathroom, cool and trendy mayby, but not very practical when shaving or putting on make up.. The majority of the guests are from China. This can lead to a bit of a culture crash (eating and chewing food with their mouth open, smacking, burping, travelling in large groups and being really loud).

Review 9：Great and helpful staff! nice poolarea and restaurant! clean. Staff helped with extra matrasses to make the rock hard bed softer (recommended to all non-asian travellers).

Review 14：Breakfast was either dirty and messy because of 100 of Chinese or it was just empty and not refilled. Eggs were always cold and espresso coffees or different tees was not included. The sheets in the room had to be changed 3 times till they were finally clean. All in all the staff was great/friendlt but odly not efficient in finding solutions or communicating problems. The shuttle to the city only runs three times and only picks you back up twice. For such a remote location a real let down.

Review 20：All in all, the hotel was great. We had a deluxe room with sea view. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was amazing! Huge, comfortable, with bedding of the highest quality. Nice little bath tube. Great balcony with wonderful view over the hills and roofs. The sea is pretty far away, but you can see it too. It was also nice to enjoy the sunsets. The hotel itself is not very big, but is new and cozy. The pool is rather small, but beautiful, indeed. The gym is very small. The hotel offers massage services, but only until 5 p.m., so we did not manage to try them. Hotel restaurant is nice and pretty well priced. It also has a great number of various special offers. The breakfast was fine. There was a station, where omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes were cooked, a selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, several kinds of yogurt and cereals... Also some pastry and Thai food was offered. Coffee was so-so, and no fresh juices were provided, but it is of for a 4* hotel. The location is nice, close to the Kata beach, although you do need a bike to get somewhere. It is not very far to walk to Kata, but there is no walking road. Beautiful Karon beach is within a 10 minute ride, Nai Harn beach is about 15 minutes away, Thai boxing camps in Rawai are about 7-8 km from the hotel. To sum it up, the hotel was the best you could get for its price, and even better.

Review 22：I loved the overall friendly atmosphere and the comfort especially for my children....the playroom was lovely.The hotel is away from the noise and hustle and bustle...but not too far to take a shuttle for a quick meal or shopping spree.Ask for BOOM..excellent Taxi Driver and very very patient and friendly..we were a large family of 15.

Review 23：The service wasn't very good nor was the staff very helpful. Electricity went out for about 6 hours one day with no updates from the staff. When we asked about transportation options to the airport, their only response was a taxi for 1000 baht.

Review 25：We were travelling with a family group of 15 people 6 of those were kids under the age of 15. M. was the manager on duty and greeted us herself with a cool refreshing drink. They are professional and ever ready to assist. M. ensured that whenever we left the hotel towels and even bottled water was already in our taxi. A special mention has to made about our Taxi driver BOOM who was initially hired by the hotel to transfer us from the airport but ended up being our driver/tour guide / friend. He is amazing and i would highly recommend his service. Thank you BOOM. The guys and the kids miss you already. Also POND in the breakfast area who was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay...

Review 26：I didn't like the design of toilet and the dark colours make it too dull. I also disliked seeing permanent stains on toilet seat when I first arrived. In my view, toilets in nice hotels should be spotless but it didn't spoil my stay.

Review 33：Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The place must be brand new and looks really good! The room was lovely, biggest and most comfortable bed in a long time. The pool is great, really clean and big. Wifi was very good and free. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had bar snacks which were very nice and reasonably priced. 20-30min walk to town but free shuttle provided 3 times a day. The best part by far was the staff who were lovely and so friendly, especially May. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They welcome you back to the hotel each time and even called to check our transfer was coming without us asking. Would definitely return

Review 38：Staff was very polite but didn't help when needed. Room was dirty, lots of hairs on the ground, cups and spoons not cleaned for 4 days, rubbish wasn't collected, sometimes housekeepers forgot to bring us new bottle of waters, minibar didn't cold things inside, wifi didn't work on the 5th floor and either at the pool sometimes. Furthermore I was expecting a hotel not near the beach but not something in the middle of nowhere. I was based on score of 7.0 for location but it should be less than 5 for sure. There is nothing close (no 7eleven's), the streets around are dark and dangerous in that area and the shuttle to the beach is only to consider if you don't like to spend a good time there nor the sunset, once it pick people from the beach up at 6:15pm, before the sun goes down. There is massage at the pool and my wife paid for one hour of thai massage but got only 30 minutes which 85% of the time had been spent in the legs. Anyway, it was definitely not a pleasant stay...

Review 39：We stayed in Eastin Bangkok couple of days before so we expected the same perfect service but what we had in phuket was the opposite. The good things there were gym, breakfast (however it looked more lunch than a breakfast) and the swimming pool, even though it wasn't space enough for all the guests.

Out of nearly 100 rooms and 200 customers. Insufficient - no vegetation; cold (hot) plastic furniture.

Review 54：My travel companion was told she would be charged for a bucket of ice, when what she really wanted was two cubes or a glass of ice. It was sorted in the end with no charge. The lighting above the basin is not conducive to putting makeup on; fridge temperature could be be colder; ocasional smell of stagnant water in the room, and the water in the shower room took a little while to run off. New hotel snags, but none of the above would prevent me from staying here again.

Review 55：Amenities, staff, breakfast, location i.e. away from hoards of people, but walking distance to Kata, service, room service dish called 'Moo Hong'! Loved that they thought of things we didn't when we mentioned our itinerary each day e.g. beach towel, traveling time to Phuket Town when we had a plane to catch.

Review 59：From the moment I arrived (late and tired) the experience was beyond any expectation. They new who i was as soon as I got out of the taxi, took me straight up to my room and made me feel as though I was the only one they had to look after the whole time I was there.

Review 65：It is a brand new hotel situated a little bit up hill in quiet part of the Kata beach district. It is located some 2 km from the beach but there is complimentary bus twice a day from the hotel to the beach and back (10:00 and 14:00 to the beach and 14:15 and 18:15 back). Hotel rooms are modern, spacious clean and comfortable. There is a nice bar at the pool with reasonable prices and more than that during happy hour. The whole hotel crew was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there.
