Review 1：Nothing to report. Truly had a top notch stay.

Review 2：Location in Bend is great--walking distance to night life, bars and breweries. Space of our suite was wonderful-didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The suite has a high level of finish--a luxury for sure, but one that we certainly enjoyed reveling in. It is not often I stay at a motel and realize the quality of the bathroom/kitchen/etc is higher than at my home. Finally, the temper pedic sofa sleeper mattress is an absolute score. I've never slept on a sofa sleeper that I actually enjoyed, until now.

Review 3：I identified that I would be arriving between 11 and 12 (as this was an option on your site). The office was closed at 10, which I was never notified of and we were unable to check in. Poorly organized booking

Review 5：I felt so at home in the comfy suite! The casual "western" decor, the separate bedroom with excellent king bed and luxury linens, the well stocked kitchen... all made my stay wonderful. The location is terrific, and I loved being able to back my car right up to the front door of the room, for easy unloading of luggage and a few grocery items.

Review 6：Everything was very well thought out. The location was superb. Parking places were ample. Really loved our modernly rustic suite. With the sliding barn door to the living room/kitchen area closed, it offered both our adult son and ourselves privacy and an independent entrance to the bathroom. Even the thoughtfulness of an extra towels, dish detergent, dishes, utensils, pots and pans...it all was done to maximize our experience...and everyone was both friendly and professional. We'll be back!!!

Review 9：Great place! It was great for what we needed it for. We were in town on Biz and my wife gets up 1-2 hours before I do, so it's great to have a Suite with separate rooms, coffee, fridge etc...Everything is clean and updated, we are glad we found it! The only thing I didn't like was I booked on booking.com and there was a discrepancy of $75.00, so don't know why booking.com said one price and then we were charged another.

Review 10：Had a lot of noise the first night. Something was chirping and rattling in the wind. Kept me up most of the night. We asked for a room change and were very pleased with the new room. Very professional staff.

Review 11：We asked for softer pillows and she said "no one has ever complained before". For an innkeeper her concern for our sleeping comfort was irrelevant . We put our dirty clothes in a pillowcase and made the most of it.

Review 13：The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We loved the on-site dog park! It was clean and big enough to wander around. The outside seating was comfy and welcoming too! Walking distance to downtown Bend was a bonus. Rooms were quiet even though close to the highway.

Review 14：I loved from when I pulled in until I left the staff knew me by first name. The refrigerator was in our bathroom, which I typically do not like, however, the room was so clean that I didn't mind even sitting on the bathroom floors to get into the fridge :)
