Review 1：Beds were very uncomfortable and if you in the shower when another room ran water or flushed a toilet -- the water temperature would change to extremely hot or extremely cold.

Review 4：Needs some maintenance. Hotel is older and you can tell they are trying to update. Only thing in our room was there were white spots that needed to be painted the same color as the rest of the walls.
Review 5：I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. All I wanted was clean, comfortable and value. I got all and then some. The bathroom was recently remodeled in our room. Very clean rooms. Bed very comfortable. The man who checked us in was very friendly.
Review 6：We were asked if we were sure we wanted to stay there, due to dubious visitors. Also, no place to have a meeting discussion as the "lobby" consisted of two arm chairs and a large tv. We needed to have a quiet place to discuss business matters. Rude shuttle driver. Has a reputation for being a "hot sheet" hotel, which I did not know what it was until my partner explained it this weekend.

Review 8：The room was not clean and it was to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The cleaning staff was slow or non existant at best.

Review 10：The hallway was dirty, cluttered, construction wood laying inside the door from outside. Outside door had an old swipe to use your room key to enter, but the swipe does not work and the door doesn't even close all the way. Ice machine was broken and looked terrible, they could at least cover it up.

Review 17：This is of course an Inn or motel, so things will look a bit outdated, grimy and parts of the hall wreaked of tobacco. The appearance was not as cleanly as the room, so quality is low while the occupancy was high.
Review 18：I traveled with another person so, check-in went smoothly . Friendly staff, convenient to the airport with complimentary shuttle and Big Boy Bakery and Diner is right next door. Inexpensive stay, so worth the money.
Review 19：Tons of parties and smoking inside rooms! The trash by the door you walk in was overflowing that they had to put trash on the ground next to it! And very little parking due to the parties being thrown inside the rooms!
Review 20：The inside of the Hotel was very trouble. The room wasn't nice. My bed was broken the bathroom was small a naste. I think the need to do some upgrade on it. The price wasn't bad, but the can do better. I don't think I will be staying there anymore.

I had my receipt in my e-mail that stated the total price including the taxes, so when I went to confront him with that statement he gave my difference to me and took the difference out of a safe instead of refunding the credit card he was given.

They only excepted 7 day voucher so therefore I paid for 10 days at hotel and 3 more day at lot so I paid twice for 3 days. Bed was deplorable. Hair dryer didn't work called front desk they said all hair dryers were lent out to other guests so they offered me a dirty room to dry my hair!! You couldn't pay me to stay there again!!

Review 28：The fact that the heat on full left me cold all night, the one thin sheet to cover me in the cold, the horrific and nightmarish conditions of the bed and room and hotel, the fact they don't plow the parking area of snow so the unfortunate souls that stayed there all got stuck in the snow
Review 29：Maintenance is not the highest priority, I think: The bathroom door was off its hinges. It didn't matter to us because the facilities worked and the door opened into a private spot, but if you find that off-putting, this may not be your ideal stopover. Oh, and the previous complaint about electrical outlets? Very true. We never found an available one for charging our devices.
Review 30：The bed was comfortable and the extra blankets were generously sized and very warm. The room was clean and the sheets were clean and comfortable. The halls were quiet! The location was ideal - I need to be at the airport very early in a snow storm and they have shuttle service.

Review 47：1) The halls had a musty cigarette smell even though Michigan has mandated all public places are to be non-smoking. 2) The room door's safety mechanism was falling off as it was broken. 3) There was absolutely no TP for bathroom use. I had to go to the front desk to get a roll of TP. The response from the front desk person was that house-keeping must have forgot to check. That was an extremely lame answer. 4) Because of what we encountered, we then had to check the beds thoroughly to make sure they were clean. 5) I'll "NEVER" return!!

Review 81：Hotel is dated. When we checked in we were informed no more king bed rooms, so the manager offered the only room he had with a king bed. He mentioned it had mirrors and a Jacuzzi so no big deal we just needed a place to lay our heads. The room could be best described as a 1970's porn set. Mirrors all over every wall. The ceiling in the bathroom had a mirror on it. The sheets, room and Jacuzzi in room were not even close to being clean. Slept with our clothes on. Even though located in a hotel friendly area hotel was not up to snuff. If you need a hotel by the hour then this hotel is for you Looking for a laugh stay in room 206 , want to sleep go somewhere else.

I used the hair dryer and linens off the second unused bed to try and stay warm and sleep. The staff was apologetic but could not remedy the situation There were no other rooms available due to sold out condition
