Review 1：Adjoining restaurant not worth the value there are better places near by. Try the clam chowder at pike place markets.

Review 5：Overall room just felt alright, there was almost no soundproofing we could hear our neighbors clearly come home late from a night of partying. The bathroom door lock didn't work. Bathroom was located a little close to the bed area, personal opinion. Seemed like the hotel was fairly empty however you gave us a room in the corner by the elevator looking out onto the industrial ac fans on the only floor without an ice maker. Also be nice if you had a small store that offered alcohol and basic food items, the Ralphs across the street was way overpriced and their customer service was terrible.

Review 6：Location was great, could of used somewhere to temporarily put my car other than vallet, but otherwise can't beat the location. Looked like the inside of the hotel was redone recently, had a good feel. The bar inside the hotel was nice.

Review 9：The one problem I had was that there were way too many hidden fees upon checkout. There shouldn't be hundreds of dollars of extra hidden fees that a guest is surprised with when checking out, this left a very bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise good experience.

Review 14：Location is the very best part about the hotel. The front desk staff were very nice and had good recommendations for places to eat and sites to visit (as the concierge was not available during our stay). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Review 15：I would have liked more light in the room. I am a person who likes a lot of light. The room was lit what appeared to be to a relaxing ambiance but not too accomodating for reading in bed.

Review 16：The staff was helpful, energetic and inviting. Whenever we returned the staff greeted us and welcomed us back. The breakfast at Lola was sucrumptuous, definitely recommend. The room's IKEA style was fresh and enjoyable.

The bar/lounge area on the second floor was perfect for hanging out with friends (while munching on some Serious Pie pizza from next door... Yum). Staff was great. Loved that it was just a short walk to Pike Market and the shopping district. Very well situated hotel.

Review 23：The service was excellent Our room was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and I'm sure the king room would have been very comfortable too! Even though we had a corner room facing on to two streets the traffic noise was minimal and we had a great night's sleep (we are both light sleepers)

Review 26：Perfect boutique hotel in an ideal location. Great restaurants, shops, pike's market, space needle and even REI flagship store within walking distance. Near the waterfront but still quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, quiet, but not generic. Restaurant downstairs (Lola's) is good and bakery across the street (Dahlia's) is great. Parking is expensive though, at close to $45/day with tax.

Review 27：There was a weired thing that happened with me where I found things that moved from its place and the logged box is opened for two consecutive days. Also, there was a strange smell when ever I entered the room

Review 42：The location is perfect for access to everything in the city and lite rail to/from the airport. The staff is lovely and kind. The rooms are very comfortable with windows that open for fresh air, good HVAC, great beds, terrific TV channels and clean. The bathrooms are stylish with great shower heads - they can be very small but having a drawer in the vanity to store your things keeps it very useable.

Location is excellent, close to the shopping, waterfront, restaurants etc. Rooms are spacious, relatively quiet (I just hate the sound of airconditioning) and nice and clean. They don't serve breakfast, but the hotel restaurant Lola is a great alternative. Would definitely stay again.

Review 51：Walking about at night felt a little unsafe (glad I was with someone), but this is a point general to what I saw of Seattle center - the hotel itself is in a very good location that allows evening dining without walking too far away/ necessitating a lot of late night walking.

Review 53：Lola restaurant was way overpriced and a strange menu. The bathroom had some sort of deoderizor hidden in it (never could locate it). It smelled like a really heavy men's cologne. Enough to give me a headache. We're had to keep the door shut. The TV channels completely disappeared twice but came back after you turned the TV off and back on.

Review 57：The headboard was made of a curly long fibered fabric rather than a cleanable vinyl, wood or leather. I didn 't want to lean against it. The Kleenex was removed (!) from the bathroom and the lotions were not replaced. I thought the service was abysmal at any price but for the $497 + tax per night that I was charged, absolutely outrageous. I've paid less at the Ritz with very attentive service. This was a joke.

Services like valet aren't up to par of what a hotel at this price should be. And the views were kind of dismal. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.
