Review 1：The staff was very helpful - specifically Dave as he addressed 2 emergencies (need to take my son to clinic, and needed to ship my luggage to a specific location due to a change in plan). He dealt both with great understanding and professionalism, which I was very pleasantly surprised.The helpers was also very kind - they washed the clothes, ironed and kept it neatly..

Review 2：Wonderful place to be if you are travelling with your family & adult kids. Can easily accommodate 8-10 people, nice comfortable rooms with all modern amenities. Staff is attentive & the owner Ms Sonya & manager David are always there for your queries. Will definitely recommend others for this property.

Review 3：There is NOTHING close by. The beach is a $15 dollar cab ride in each direction. There were 4 floors. Quite the work out. The internet was VERY poor and unreliable. No hot water in the master suite shower. No bath robes included. Had to ask for it. Chef used the microwave for everything but stopped when asked. No bedside lamps, had to ask. Missing bulbs in track light. All of this was overshadowed by the good things. I mention this because if these factors are important to you, it may not be the place for you.

Review 7：The location, basically need a car to everywhere, but the staff there are all helpful, and they can help arrange everything. Besides, the bathing facilities could be progressed.

Review 8：THE POOL, the small garden area around the pool, breakfast is good, AND our house keeper David is really helpful! We spent 3 nights at the Villa Lotus, and it was really a nice memory of Phuket. The owner David is really helpful. We encountered no problem with very late check-in in mid-night, which is quite convenient. In terms of the facilities, we loved the pool and the area around it the most. Sitting in the sofa outside the villa, with the sea view and the breeze coming from the hill, really makes a day!

Review 12：Best stay experience in phuket. Close to kata beach and villa facilities are fantastic. In house breakfast was fabulous and made life easy as most day tours have pick up times by 7.30 am. Fabulous sea views . U need to rent a car to enjoy th e areas around. Highly recommended

Review 15：We stayed 3 nights in Thai Style Villa and it is perfect, well located within minutes walk to restaurants/groceries stores and 3 to 5 min drive to white sand kata beach and very clean! Swimming pool is the thing we all enjoyed a lot during out stay. The owner and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back to Kata Sea View Villas in future again. Thanks a lot for everything this time!

Review 16：Fantastic experience staying at this resort-sytled villa, furnished in luxury Thai style with excellent sea/sunset views of west cost Andaman sea. The villa is located in Kata Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and yet only 15 min drive to Patong. Great service, always friendly staff, we were well looked after by villa's staff and our helpful cooks also available for advices. Villa is not far from the best beaches in Phuket and a very good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will be back again!!!

It is very clean with modern equipment, and the staff here is really friendly, and I want to thank the Direct George also, because we have 3 old couples and we take the red eye flight, George helped us with very late check-out till 10:30pm and without addtional charges! really appreciate for George's kindly help!

Review 19：This place is great for a group or family. The staff were very helpful and the views were awesome. We hired scooters to get around as it's a fair walk to the beach and Resturants, but otherwise it was perfect. Hope to be back soon.

Review 21：The hotel is quite good. We live in a big villa feel comfortable like stay in home. I strongly recommend a big group of people to choose this hotel, because we had BBQ by private chief with our friends and a private swim pool... Which is also suitable for family with children to stay. The hotel is clean and we have a private housekeeper to clean our room and kitchen everyday. It's very convient to book a taxi or one day trip by hotel staff. The service is professional and staff are friendly. I think this hotel is perfect to stay for traveling.

Service is excellent, they provide breakfast cooking service every morning according to our time. They will help us to book minibus everytime when we went out to downtown. They have security guards walking around the house during midnight. We feel very safe and comfort while staying there. They will come in and help us to tidy up the house everyday. We love the villa and the service so much !! Highly recommend to you all !!

Review 43：Clean modern furnishing! We watched sunset everyday in the pool, it was too beautiful! We especially like the rooftop veranda with the sea breeze and overlooking such greenery - perfect to lounge around when the sun gets too hot by the poolside.

They feel it was a wonderful time in this villa because the people there are supplier very very good service to you . One day I forgot to bring main door key, and I receive the message from them say they will wait me in the front door before 20 min I back there .this is make me so surprise . Everyday they cook different breakfast , they can help to you to buy see food , and they can barbecue for you with a very good experience too . Our family say we got a super happy time and very comfort holiday in this villa. You must try there to feel it .
