Review 23:Staff and price
Review 24:Overall, it's a fantastic 3 stars but in my opinion it's missing the little, fine details making it a 4 stars hotel. NO, it's neither the real French Champagne for breakfast nor a fish pond in the back garden which is making a hotel a 4 stars hotel but it's the small details e.g. that one is able to wash one's fingers in the public toilet near the breakfast room (not possible - there was no water coming out of the tub)
Review 25:very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. I also liked the fridge in the room and the very clean, spacious bathroom
Review 26:Minor irritation that reception did not open until 9; however, breakfast staff rang receptionist, who arranged to use card, so able to leave without checking out. Otherwise, no complaints at all.
Review 27:I got a good rate: a **** room at a *** price. Large room with all facilities, including a bathtub. Good breakfast.
Review 28:Lack of discretion from receptionist! Made my stay a nightmare!!!!
Review 29:Great hotel, great location, very clean and tidy. Modern rooms with nice bath. Very good value for money!
Review 30:None specific. Hotel has no parking and street where it is located has no spaces. So a bit of a walk sometimes, but in off season you can park for free almost everywhere.
Review 31:Business night over. Everything was comfortable and nice. Breakfast is great with your style of eggs home made and indeed champagne in the buffet!
Review 32:A very small disadvantage is the lack of parking directly at the hotel. But a few hundred meters away in Weststraat at the school, parking costs 6,- for 24h, which is very cheap compared to other places in Blankenberge.
Review 33:The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well as flexible. Individual needs were met instantly and the word "No" never seemed to be an option. The rooms were clean, well equipped and modern standard. The breakfast buffet was large in variety, very fresh and of very high quality.
Review 34:Nice friendly hotel in quiet side street, asked for a quiet room and this is exactly what I got. Breakfast was excellent, loads of fresh fruits, strawberries, cherries, melon, also fresh smoked salmon and champagene/ bucks fizz. English breakfast freshly cooked for you, but if you dont like pepper make sure you tell them. All reception staff spoke excellent english and gave very good and accurate information about parking.. Only gripe was the fact that no english telly stations, not even sky news but was advised the plug was pulled in Belgium. Also no internet connection as promised although told this was being look into. Overall a nice hotel and would revisit.
