Review 1：To have a complete breakfast you need to arrive earlier otherwise you could not find pancake or croissant. They will not replace them! More then one time I needed to call to replace water in the refrigerator. They didnt do it automatically.

Review 7：Room cleaning was not always good - on the last two nights that I stayed there they hardly cleaned my room - when I was coming back from work in the evenings I saw that sometimes tea cups were as I left them, bed cover was where I left it on an armchair, and only towels were changed. You get a kettle and cups in your room, but you have to pay for tea bags separately (they are in a minibar) and there is no guarantee, that you will get new tea bags. You can have tea, but there is no coffee or sugar. Minibar: in at least two days out of three the minbar was not refilled. I had been bitten by some insects in the room and looking at the bites I have an impression, that it was bed-bugs. If you come to the 24-hour lobby bar late at night, you will have to wait for about 20 minutes for the bar tender to come to serve you. One night a security guy at the reception was drunk as a skunk.
Review 8：I liked the location of the hotel at a junction of two rivers - I think that in summer it shall be really nice there. Wi-Fi Internet was really fast, which is important for me when I am travelling on business. The staff at he reception is very good and helpful, the rest are not.
