Reviews for Hotel 1000

Review 1:A little pricey, but didn't mind. This was an anniversary treat to each other.

Review 2:The hotel did whatever they could to make you happy. Every attention to detail was perfect.

Review 3:The beds were uncomfortable, which is surprising for an establishment of this caliber.

Review 4:Location is great! The staff was wonderful and rooms were clean and great.

Review 5:Room wasn't ready at check-in time (4pm) causing us to push out our plans by an hour. The TV has an HDMI in for user devices but it doesn't function (instructions say "N/A" for HDMI). VGA works.... welcome to 1994 :)

Review 6:Location, <1000 yards from Pike Place. Room was phenomenal. Staff very friendly. Breakfast included and delicious. Did I mention the staff were very friendly?

Review 7:The desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, and a glass of wine during check-in doesn't hurt. The rooms were modern and luxurious. Best hotel that we've stayed at in Seattle. Definitely worth the price.

Review 8:The staff was fairly friendly, although not overly so. Upon check-in there was only one person doing check-ins, so it took a bit of time (plus the nice couple in front of me got the wrong room or something, so that was taking forever). There was another clerk there, but she wandered off to take care of something I guess. In the morning I wanted to talk to someone about bus routes, but they just told me to download the transit app. I had the app, I just thought it would be easier to ask "what route should I take to get here." It's possible they misunderstood that I wanted specific information rather than general info. The cleanliness of the grounds was excellent, and the room was pretty clean. Two minor things: the toilet and the counter just as you enter the room. The toilet had a bit of matter left stuck on the bowl, which isn't a huge deal but is also easily avoided with a good scrub. The counter to the right as you enter then room had like rings from cups. Totally not a big deal, but that's the first thing you see in the room...so probably want that counter to look perfect. I'm really just nit-picking, because overall the experience was phenomenal.

Review 9:Rooms and hotel grounds are updated and modern, just like I like. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, and the room views phenomenal. Water pressure and temperature were awesome. Bed an linens were comfortable, and plenty of in-room tech and hook-ups. I didn't get to use all of the amenities or eat at the attached restaurant, but it appeared that there were plenty high-quality options offered. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in which I've ever stayed.

Review 10:The fixed price and limited menu available on holidays was unimpressive and the Chef seemed to phone it in. Maybe he/she stayed home with their families, but the food was fair at best, the room service left out one of our four courses and the portions far too small.

Review 11:The staff greeted us by name at all times, from check in until check out, and during all phone conversations in between. The staff is great at answering the phone using your own surname then asking how they can help... We were upgraded to a waterfront view room on the 12th floor where we watched ferries come and go throughout our stay, and waiting in the room for us were champagne, red wine, dipped chocolate strawberries and a classic feel to an otherwise normal room. The staff made the stay great and the bath tub with water cascading from the ceiling made the stay fun.

Review 12:There is not a real restaurant at the hotel, BOKA is average. For breakfast there are many other options around the hotel, I always go across the street to Storyville, best coffee in town and the granola with fruit is the best start of the day :)

Review 13:I've stayed in Hotel1000 many times. It is my favourite hotel in Seattle by far. Staff is excellent, rooms are very spacious and clean, bathroom is very good.

Review 14:Housekeeping was terrible. Things were left on the floor. Dirty rags were left on the bathroom counter. Generally unclean. We had to wipe down every evening when we got back. Front desk people had no idea what happened to packages I had delivered or whether they had even arrived.

Review 15:Great location and room layout/design

Review 16:We had a great experience, just thought $600 was a bit excessive for what we got. It was more of a $300-$400 night room. No view even!

Review 17:The location was perfect for downtown Seattle activities and the bath tub was wonderful in the room. Very comfortable beds

Review 18:Plumbing and plumbing fixtures in the room. There was a constant drip in the bathroom inside of the wall and difficult to figure out the plumbing fixtures to determine hot and cold water Tv volume control did not work on the remote

Review 19:Attention to detail by the staff, turn down service and valet Lovely smelling soaps

Review 20:Great location for this modern property...great staff, easy check in and wonderfully appointed room from the soaps and amenities to the bed and luxurious bedding. Def come again!

Review 21:The hotel menu could have been a little more extensive. There were no chicken selections and very few non-alcoholic drink options.

Review 22:It was an excellent location and the staff was amazing!

Review 23:Noise all night and morning from the ally outside. I expected some noise, but it sounded like deliveries were arriving all night.

Review 24:Beautiful facility and friendly staff.

Review 25:I traveled with my cousin and the large glass window seperating the bathroom was strange. The roller shade was too small and didn't give complete privacy. When the light in the bathroom was turned on, the light shined through both sides of the shade (about an inch on each side) waking the sleeping person.

Review 26:Our massage at The Spaah was awesome. Superior customer service throughout our entire stay. Will definitely be returning.

Review 27:Great hotel! Beautiful room with a water view! We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff sent a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 28:i pay a luxury price but get a terrible room. the room has garbage not cleaned. my friends come with me feel bad too.

Review 29:Free wifi, good position in downtown

Review 30:Glad we stayed in Hotel 1000 as we had very surprising, satisfying experience in the hotel, with staff and restaurant. Next time in town, we will definitely check again and certainly recommend to family and friends.

Review 31:1.) poorly stocked mini bar 2.) No movies available to order (!) 3.) Spa was a train wreck: first day they didn't open till 11; then, after booking appointment, they called to cancel due to being short staffed. Big let down.

Review 32:Room was really nice! Bathroom gorgeous, bed very comfortable. Location is perfect.

Review 33:Price - high. At this price should have offered at-least complimentary breakfast. The Shower cube - Leakeges. Couldn't use bath as over head tap made lot of noise.

Review 34:Location, Staff

Review 35:Huge chunks of fatty corned beef in "corned beef hash". It was inedible and sent back. The waitress, Diane, was very accommodating.

Review 36:Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, outstanding concierge, perfect location

Review 37:Missing/erronous charges: Booking.com listed 39 USD for valet parking, hotel charged 41 USD on the invoice. Booking.com listed price all inclusive, but left out state sales tax 9.02 per night flat.

Review 38:Location, easy to get on and off the highway, without having to drive through downtown. I was given a room at high floor as requested and the standalone bathtub with a view into the room is absolutely awesome!

Review 39:Bad smell in hallway staff did everything they could do

Review 40:Freindly staff, clean, complimentary car , fun atmosphere for older or younger couples ... Worth every dollar for the memories !!!

Review 41:The only negative thing we experienced was with their restaurant, boka.We had a reservation for brunch right around check out time. They seatedus immediately, but we waited for more than an hour for our food. Andwhen our meals finally arrived, they hadn't cooked some things asrequested. Our waiter was clueless, and we were charged full price foreverything with full gratuity tacked on because we were a large group.Would not come here again. The food was tasty, but overall very tackyservice and not enjoyable.

Review 42:The staff at Hotel 1000 are awesome. Everyone is helpful and they madeplanning a party very easy. The hotel staff and the spa staff made usfeel really welcome when we arrived and the service was excellent. Bestplace to host an event!

Review 43:Stay not long enough!

Review 44:Concierge... Grant was the best ....everywhere he suggested for eating was wonderful Loch gave us excellent ideas for his hometown of Friday Harbor Breakfast at hotel ..excellent!

Review 45:I found absolutely nothing to complain about at all.

Review 46:The room was excellent, the service was excellent, and everything was as it should be. The room was big, clean, modern and highly functional. The bathroom as well, having both a bathtub and a shower. Everything worked as expected, and I was not overloaded with information or questions. The staff was polite and helpful and still "not too much". The Internet connection works very well on any number of devices, all around the hotel. The temperature was perfect and the air condition / heating did not make much noise. I had a room at 5th floor, and had no problem with street noise. Although some may think the price is a bit high, I found it to be very good value for money. I had breakfast and dinner at Boka (at the hotel), and it was very good, too. Highly recommended!

Review 47:Customer service and hospitality was unmatched! The rooms were fabulous along with incredible bathrooms. My wife and I have stayed at numerous hotels throughout of previous life times. We shared this hotel on our honeymoon and were simply blown away with all that it had to offer. Location perfect! Bathtub superb! The views were incredible! Best stay ever!!! If you are thinking about staying downtown then this location better be your choice. Our check in was flawless with Sarah and she had some amazing recommendations that we visited. I never encountered a more professional and personable staff in my life! We will definitely visit again!

Review 48:The bathroom make up mirror was dirty & the shower leaked water over the floor. We had stayed at Hotel 1000 in December and it was wonderful . Second time not so much.

Review 49:The rooms are beautiful and the staff are great.

Review 50:Tv system gave some issues.

Review 51:Extremely proffesional and friendly staff. From the time you check in to check out you feel you belong there. They do everything so you can feel like home or even better!

Review 52:We could not find a music station on the TV to have some romantic background in the evening after the show. But this may have been our not knowing where to lool

Review 53:Location and very helpful staff in every way made our stay a great experience

Review 54:Everything was perfect!!!

Review 55:It was my sister's birthday and she went for a night with her husband. The hotel staff were awesome! They made it special, they gave her a rose, a card, a voucher for free desert, they upgraded her for free, just because of her birthday. Both my sister and her husband just loved the stay!!!

Review 56:Housekeeping did a nice job, but we were surprised when our room hadn't been serviced after being gone all day.

Review 57:The Spahh was wonderful and I received the best facial of my life! They were also quite generous with the sparkling wine which made the weekend feel like a celebration the whole time!

Review 58:What didn't we like. From the snow maker, blowing out front as we pulled up, to the fantastic room and lobby/common areas, the place is phenomenal. Additionally, you'll never find a more professional staff. Five stars!!

Review 59:Expensive. Pricing seems out of touch with surrounding hotels and city overall. Restaurant, Boka, is wildly inconsistent in terms of food and service.

Review 60:Comfortable, stylish, well-staffed and great location. It's the only place I consider staying when traveling to Seattle.

Review 61:Nothing to dislike here!

Review 62:The King Deluxe City View was an excellent room, second time I stayed here, same top quality experience. From check-in to check-out I had a great stay. Prices can be quite high, but for they have great deals too!

Review 63:The service was perfect. I know hard to believe but it was. We were immediately treated well and it continued throughout our stay. (Desiree at the front desk stood out) Location is very desirable and the rooms are designed with everything in mind.

Review 64:Our only complaint is that valet parking is the only option provided by the hotel (no self park) and is very expensive ($38/night). The room is otherwise excellent value but we did not factor the expense of the parking into our cost. We were comfortable that our vehicle was safe and the valet staff were excellent but this is something to be aware of.

Review 65:The Staff were absolutely phenomenal - this level of service is certainly at or beyond what would be expected from a 5 star hotel like the Four Seasons. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful without being pretentious. The location was great - easy walking distance to the market and shopping. We used the gym facilities which were totally adequate. The room was beautiful & clean, bed was comfortable and the Molton Brown soaps and shampoos were a luxurious treat!

Review 66:In all my years of travel for business and for pleasure, I have never been as impressed with the staff, facilities, and services available at Hotel 1000. They made our one night stay-cation very comfortable and special.

Review 67:I cannot think of one thing I didn't like.

Review 68:Everything! Staff was amazing! I asked for special amenities for our first anniversary the morning we were scheduled to arrive , staff exceeded requests AND had our room ready with rose petals in a heart shape on our bed two hours early! I will definitely be coming back as soon as possible ,

Review 69:Boka restaurant didn't measure up to the quality of the rest of the restaurant. Food and drink was OK but in comparison the rest of the hotel There's some room for improvement

Review 70:Great friendly and helpful staff, amazing rooms and breathtaking views of downtown Seattle and the oceanfront

Review 71:They charge for everything additional.. Such as water, which I find a bit obnoxious for such an expensive hotel. We stayed someone much cheaper a few nights earlier and got bottle of complementary water in the room every day.

Review 72:We ordered room service, the food was okay but didn't seem very fresh.

Review 73:Lovely staff, we got upgraded to a suite and offered champagne on arrival. Very nice, clean hotel, good central location. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom with molten brown products!

Review 74:TV was out all Saturday and much of Sunday. Loud loud Wedding Reception with terrible choice of music on Saturday night till 11 pm. Got $200 off of the bill for our inconvenience.

Review 75:Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Review 76:Absolutely nothing

Review 77:The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. We made a last minute reservation and were very glad we stayed here, excellent service from all! I've stayed in a lot of very fine Hotels and this one was as good as any of them.

Review 78:The restaurant (Boka). I guess the presentation of the plates was nice, but the food we had was very bland and the staff generally looked like they did not want to be there. There are other restaurant options very close to the hotel, so no biggie.

Review 79:Excellent location within walking distance to Pike Market, the stadiums and convention center. Rooms were comfortable and staff pleasant. We also took the light rail from the airport to University Station (5 min from hotel).

Review 80:TV and Internet went out (I dont think it was the hotels problem though)

Review 81:Friendliness and helpfulness of staff who made us feel very welcome. Credit on bill for no TV and Internet

Review 82:Water view that we paid extra was largely obscured by a large building between the hotel and the water. Had we known that, would have taken a less expensive room.

Review 83:Very well located, an easy walk to almost everything. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Review 84:We liked everything!

Review 85:How clean and organized the room was, plus it had well stocked cabinet with almost anything you wanted. Another plus was the views from our 8th floor room and the location was outstanding.

Review 86:The staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge arranged pick from the airport using a local car service. The gentleman at the door always open the door or you with a warm greeting. We were able to take advantage of their "Lexis" service( just tip the driver) to and from dinner one evening.

Review 94:All Staff personnel was excellent! Room 808 has great views- large windows

Review 96:Overcharged guaranteed rate and had to track down my receipt.

Review 97:Such a beautiful place with location a big plus . Very comfortable.

Review 98:I haven't received my itemized invoice yet

Review 99:Being right in the town with easy access to the sea front, the market and the down town area.

Review 100:Water pressure in Shower is a bit low though.

Review 101:Best hotel EVER in Seattle.

Review 106:Staff was awesome. Free wifi was a pleasant surprise.

Review 107:Room was on the street side-a little noisy at night.

Review 108:Excellent service. Excellent food in the restaurant. Room was very clean.

Review 109:They also have a car service that can bring you to places close to the hotel when it is available

Review 110:Room looked out at pipe! But we loved the room and the space.

Review 111:From the valet to front desk the staff was so friendly. I just wish we had a view ☀️

Review 112:staff, lovely rooms
