Review 1：Beds uncomfortable & there was mold on the shower curtains. With the quantity and competition of other motels in this area, attention to details are a must.
Review 2：The gentleman that checked us in very helpful & accomodating. Very nice.
Review 3：-The bathroom was filthy. There were gobs of toothpaste in the sink and on the toilet. The toilet had urine on it. The walls, doors, mirror and light switches were caked with dirt and grime. The shower was dirty and there was a live roach on the wall. - The door lock was a standard key lock and was tricky to operate. The deadbolt was stuck and I was unable to use it. - The comforter had crusty stuff on it. - There weren't many available electrical outlets.

Review 5：Tried calling to confirm booking and asked about heckling in early since we would be driving all night and arrival time would be 4am. Would not let us check in early even though it was the day we booked the hotel. Also found cockroaches in the bathroom.
Review 6：Location had free wifi and it was walking distance to the beach. We just left the car at the hotel parking lot and crossed the street to the beach.
Review 7：Very noisy as it is street side to A1A which made it hard to rest (not much the owners could do about that). There is only a view of other rentals in the place and a very unattractive courtyard. The property is so dark and dingy on the outside with overgrown palms and no landscaping. We saw many others we wish we would have stayed at with beautiful plants and beachy paint colors and decorations all along the A1A corridor around us that were similar in price. We only remained due to the price and the fact we had already given our credit card information for it.
Review 8：We decided to travel the coast on the way home from a business trip and booked this sight unseen based on other reviews of cleanliness and on the very good price for a place to stay next to the ocean. The room was clean - especially the bathroom - with a new shower curtain. Management was friendly.
Review 9：Walls were thin and you could hear EVERYTHING! The cars driving down the street, the couple arguing in the room next to us, the girls fighting in the courtyard at 1 am...
Review 10：I was looking for an inexpensive room just to sleep in for the night and that's what this was. The room was very basic but clean. It had a flat screen television, mini fridge, and microwave.
Review 11：There really isn't any scenery. So if I wanted to relax outside and people watch, I had to walk across the street to the beach. Hey! Not a bad deal:-) OH and they needed to paint the bathroom door - minor aesthetics really.
Review 12：I was there a couple of weeks ago. This place gave me the opportunity to get away for the weekend and focus on writing my book. Peter the owner was amazing and very accommodating! The beach is right across the street (but it's not a beach front property). It's an old property but has the basics, roomy, and very clean. It's better than it looks when you first pull up. Very good restaurants surrounding the area as well. Peter and some locals also helped to fix my car when it broke down at the motel. I wouldn't have made it home without their help! I will definitely be back:-)
Review 13：Very attentive even provided a towel to dry the motorcycle after the rain. We would only suggest maybe a table outside to go with the chairs and a BBQ. Very friendly and accomodating. Would recommend highly.
