Review 1：The staff never got back to me about an earlier check in time and didn't know of our need for a ground floor room due to my disability

Review 3：Room phone didn't work, hairdryer didn't work and sheets were not clean. We actually debated on leaving but decided against it since it was New Years Eve.
Review 4：no remote for tv..being and being woke-up by housekeeping..not really their fault because i sleep during the day..If i want service i'll ask ..i like to b left alone
Review 5：The last night I was there this man and his wife got into a domestic dispute the cops had to come and it woke me up. The walls are paper thin so you can literally hear everything. The cable was super limited

Review 8：They appeared to be struggling in renovation...there were approximately 13 toilets removed and piled outside in front of the entrance way. There were very loud teenage renters that were exessively loud and woke my baby several times...one was activly kicking the door for entery...front desk was called...no answer. Lamp was broken room was not adequately cleaned and as a non smoking room we could smell a strong smoke remnant in the room.

Review 10：The continental breakfast was VERY sparse, Juice machine only poured tinted water, only a trace of OJ or apple juice was dispensed with the water, food offering were also extremely sparse and person at front desk didn't seem to care. We walked out and went to a local dinner for breakfast. Some light fixtures in the room were missing light bulbs, Coffee maker in room had no pot and contained the remains of a used filter bag still in the filter basket. Mattress was VERY crunchy (noisy / cheep)

Review 14：First room was gross. Tile im bathroom was cracked. I found a homeade smoking device made out of a aluminum coke can wrapped in a sock and stuffed im a drawer. Second room there was demolition next room over and was all morning and day. Staff was so rude and the continential breakfast was horrible with all leftovers

Review 18：The toilet didn't flush properly, there was a live bug in one of the beds, the curtains were broken in the handicapped room. The heater fan was broken and was blowing cold air when I turned on the heat. The room stunk of a bad smell.There was ashes in the ash tray in the bathroom and the trash hadn't been emptied! In the second room there was no door to the bathroom, hair dryer didn't work.

Review 25：The location is nice, close to the relatives that we were visiting andnot far from the casino. And the bed was comfortable
Review 26：It's relatively cheap, but still you get less than you pay for. We spent two nights, and in both of the mornings found no breakfast (at 9am, midst of breakfast hours). When we insisted they brought some bread, margarine, cereals and milk, and were very cheap about it (breakfast was included in our deal of course). Attitude at the reception is bad - they just seem to ignore you (and we were not rude or anything). Rooms are in poor condition. In one room there was no water in kitchen tap. In both rooms problems with bath.
Review 27：It did not look like they were prepared to feed more than 6 for breakfast. Only a few tables, chairs. Had to wait for food & coffee to be re-stocked...(But we were glad to have something before hitting the road)

Review 36：Part of it was under renovation including the front office. When we went in to register their was no one there the worker went and got someone for me. Other than that it was an ok place.

Review 38：The bathroom was very old and dingy and smelled of mildew and mold, the towels were discolored and old which made me believe they were not clean, the pillows were not sufficient and dead bugs littered the second floor walkway. I paid $205.00 for the weekend...this would've been, at best, a $40 a night facility.

Didn't find TV control remote asked for it like 5 times during our 2 night stay and never had it.Husband was not a happy camper about this place. We didn't leave because we had no other place to go. No vacants around at all.Customer service is the worst.

Review 47：I am from that Groton and i would not stay anywhere else.I love everything about it ..I was even able to walk to the stores. My stay was wonderful like always..I'm, trying to plan another trip in August and i will be staying at The Flagship Inn & Suites again..Trust me I wouldn't stay anywhere else..My train was 6 1/2 hrs late and they held my reservation for me.without charging my card..I didn't check in till 2:30 am and i had no problem doing so..Not a high class 5* place but You Get What you pay for ..For my $ it was wonderful,clean,comfortable,convenient, relaxing,peaceful and i can't wait to return ....

Review 52：They are under construction. I did not know that. There are loose wires and paint stains all over. This information should be posted. No ice no batteries in TV remote. Office relocated and staff was non chalant and unfriendly and on the phone and in office. You had to wait for them to stop talking. By the third time I I interrupted. When you requested something it was like it bothered them. Told me to get up and change the channel til batteries cane in an hour. Will never stay again should remove from your sight.

Review 54：This location's front desk was under construction when we arrived. Upon arrival the parking lot was blocked from being able to get to the "Front desk" which was in a room that had been converted for them. The poor girl did the best she could but this place was a mess. The bed was still in the room standing in a corner. And this is whete they were going to serve the frwe continential breakfast. Which we just skipped because of the situation. I understand that there was construction going on but this was a holiday weekend, they should have made better arrangements. The room was extremely outdate, the bathroom floor was dirty, not washed in I don't how long, paint peeling off the wall. I would not choose this hotel. Also the website insisted this was the vwry last room but by the look of the parking lot it did not look sold out.
Review 55：When I want for my jog I did not feel safe. It is I n a poor area. The armoire had "F!!!! this place" carved into it with a knife.

Review 58：This was supposed to have free breakfast-none, free HBO-none, room and furniture was old and worn out. Heater/air conditioner temperature knob did not work, either bake or freeze. Shower hardly had any pressure and half the water leaked out of faucet.

Review 61：I was running late and called to say I would be there around midnight. When I pulled in I couldn't find the office I drove past it and when I turned around an employee was outside and waving at me. It wasn't a far drive from Foxwoods and was is a nice area.

Review 84：Flagship Inn is a great budget hotel if you are visiting the area for a day or two, the King bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in, the room and bathroom were both extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and nice.
Review 85：The door to the office was locked in the AM, making it difficult to get the coffee which was the only available part of the breakfast. There was only one package of coffee to use in the room. The next AM was a repeat except we didn't have any in the room to use, it hadn't been replaced. The knob was missing on the temp control for the room. We had it on high cool. When we returned the next night, we had a knob but it was turned to high heat with the temp all the way up. Also there was no place to hang clothes. The staff was not friendly when something was requested.

Review 103：The bed was suppose to be a king size bed it was a full, they never cleaned our room, the alarm clock was broken, the bathroom floor tiles were all broken and felt like we would fall through the floor, when we asked for extra towels (because they never cleaned our room abd replaced our towels) we got yelled at and accused of stealing towels and he wouldn't give us anymore until we brought him the dirty ones. Then when we did finally get towels the shower was ice cold so my boyfriend couldn't even shower.

Review 131：we first checked in and upon entering the room saw the picture was falling off the wall, holes in the walls,sink area was dirty,floors need to be torn up there were burn marks and stains everywhere,room smelled like mildew and the staff was not customer friendly. my husband called the desk to ask for the wifi password and they gave it to him real fast and hung up on him. they called the room and told us that if we or anyone we had with us had a car parked out back it would be towed after my husband specifically told them it was not our vehicle. we were only there because we were visiting family for a gathering and meeting of new family members. i found the staff to be rude and unprofessional it made it seem as if they were used to riff raff clientel the way they treated myself and my husband. when my husband went to the front desk to ask for a plate and a spoon for me they gave him a hard time about it and they had the stuff right there at the counter, the man at the desk told him it was for breakfast but let me mention when i woke up the day before i called the front and asked when breakfast would be over and the man told me "NO BREAKFAST" in a loud and mean manner. so why was it a big deal about the plate and spoon? We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
