Review 1：The room was too dark. The price was too high for what the hotel was like. Should have two bed side tables. The balcony was super small with no chairs. Too close to highway.

Review 3：We did not like much the breakfast, should have more items like yogurt, fruit like bananas, eggs. They are not expensive items, but make a lot of difference, specially with kids.

Review 4：Was suppose to get a suite, but in fact was two adjoining rooms and only one with bathroom. Do every time our friends came to bathroom they would have to come through our room. Also phone broken, hair dryer broken, dark and not real clean. No table to set things on, micro and fridge on top of each other with nowhere to set down things.breakfast was bad and coffee from machine.

Review 6：It was very cold night and the heater did not work and the night attendent could not fix it. The next day the manager could not fix it. The TV did not work. The Telephone was not connected. The maintence is bad.

Review 7：Air-condition can't work at all. Hotel staff asked me to turn on the FAN and wait for half an hour to wait the Air-Condition to work. It is not a reasonable requirement I think. What is a air-condition need to wait half hour to be hot. It is clearly the air-condition is bad. And ask me to lobby to pickup key to change our room after I confirm the air-condition is bad after half an hour at 10:30 PM.

Review 9：Asked for tea bags. Was told that they didn't have any. Went to breakfast they had two boxes. Was told in ads they have coffee and tea in room.

Review 10：Breakfast is big for us, and on a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 5. Also the table in our room had scuffs and peelings on it. The bathroom shower curtain had some dirty spots and the rubber shower mat was kind of gross.

Review 11：The beds very very comfy and the overall feel of the room was nice. It was very close to morro bay and therefore very convenient.

Review 12：There is no balcony, your view is of Motel 6 and a parking lot. The bedsare pillowtop but dip way down in the center, very old beds. Soundproofonly if you wear earplugs. Carpet was filthy, wore white socks thatbecame very dirty from walking on carpet.

Although the hotel cancelled the first operation, I still incurred in Brazilian taxes, not refunded... Toilet seat had a scruffy look, needs a new coat of paint.

Review 25：No surprises about the room and hotel facilities. Clean room and bathroom. Although outside of the '"touristy" area, we could still walk to the waterfront and restaurants - about one mile.

Review 33：nice place.Room was a little smaller than we had hoped. No pool and not in the downtown area I was hoping. Breakfast was basic. Staff was very nice rooms were very clean and updated and there is beach access near by anf a hot tub. Pretty pricey but decent.

Review 50：What took away from a more pleasant experience was the discarded furniture left out in the parking lot. It was out of the way and up against the fence, but it made the area look disorderly. The Continental breakfast did not have much of a variety. I remember something was missing, but I cannot remember if there was no hot water for tea or no decaf. coffee available. But I remember I was disappointed that some usual breakfast item was not available.

Review 56：From the moment we arrived?...everything went downhill! The staff wasn't friendly, she couldn't find my reservation untill a few minutes went by. She found out...they gave our room to another guest,and they hesitated in what to do...until they decided to give us a room, which I wish?...we didn't acept it,but we were tired,and we thought we would be okay.When we walked up the stairs?...I knew we were for a surprise.When we walked to our room it looked ok,but the moment we tried to close the door?...the lock didn't work; we closed the door and used just the vault. When I tried to turn on the lamp?...it didn't work,then I discovered...it was unplugged. We solved the lamp issue and I walked to the bathroom,and to my surprise?...the toilet wasn't flushed after someone attempted to clean.When I stepped into the shower, I noticed the curtain rod was completely rusted,the tub keept feeling up with water during my shower,and it didn't drain.The towels needed some bleaching, instead of looking crispy white?...they looked old,and dirty.When we tried to get in bed?...we had to push the mattress to hold the headboard that was leaning on the bed.The bed wasn't so bad,but it would have been better...if we got the queen bed we reserved...instead of the full size.The pillows were very uncomfortable,they are too hard,and thick...they might be better used as a sofa pillows,but I got up,picked two towels from the bathroom,and made pillows for us...the way my physical therapist showed me once.In the morning,while showering,my partner tried to surprised me with coffee, but when I got out of the shower?...I tried to make him feel better,and suggested to go downstairs to have the complimentary breakfast,and enjoy our cup of coffee,but when we got there?...there was a sign on the door...9:00AM...it already ended.At that point?...my partner and I decided to check out.I know mistakes can be made,but if you have a business...

Review 74：Towels were horrible; one was even dirty/discolored and tattered. They felt like sandpaper on the skin. There was an old, dirty overstuffed chair in the room, the box springs were exposed and there was a large sinkhole in the bed/mattress which made it very difficult to get comfortable. The pillows were like sleeping on beach balls - luckily we had our own pillows in the car. This was a quick overnight stay as we were headed further up the coast, leaving after dinner and wanting to be back on the road early in the morning. Because it was Friday before Easter, we were charged nearly $150 (including taxes) for the night. This room wasn't worth more than $45. We didn't even eat breakfast because it seemed pretty bad. It was also noisy - nowhere near the advertised 'soundproof' as there were guests screaming back and forth from their rooms and between the second and first floors; this was after we checked in which was midnight! And the balcony, beware - it's about a foot deep and looks out into the parking lot of the apartments or motel next door. I had to call to the front desk in the morning to get the wi-fi password. I wasn't looking for much, just a clean, good bed to bunk down for a few hours sleep before heading out again. I've stayed in better motels for $30/night! Won't visit here again.

Review 75：East on/off the freeway. The outside of this place looked good and inclined to give the impression of a better property than a Motel 6. The bathroom appeared to be clean.

Also, they came up with this resort fee charge and there is not even a swimming pool on the property.. This is nonsense.. All changes show be stated up front before you book the room. Room was very clean and quaint with a small balcony overlooking the park behind the motel, access to the park was easy as we had a pet who needed to be walked. Review 131：We anticipated a somewhat decent breakfast of either scramble eggs or waffles--plus, but basically we were surprised at the extremely few choices of non breakfast items. It was not a breakfast as advertised. We walked out, and learned a lesson.
