Review 1：I found the room to be quite noisy. We were able to hear the people in the room above us quite loudly at 630 am and the sound of the pipes in the wall when the water was running made for a less than optimal nights sleep. A top floor would be essential for our next stay.

Review 2：Staff is over the top accommodating and the location is right in the heart of downtown. The interior design is well done and the hotel has a very welcoming feel.

Review 10：What impressed me most is how well thought out this hotel is: modern, fresh interiors, every element drives guest comfort: pillow selection, green, and super comfy bed and linens, French Press coffee (with liquid creamer not powder); bathroom design with commode behind a door, large screen TV with aquarium screen saver (fabulously relaxing). The service was every bit as thoughtful and gracious. A bottle of water and a delicious cookie on checkin, set the tone for a fantastic stay. This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Bravo!

Review 13：We had returned to the Oxford most recently for the fourth time. It is one of the most amazing accommodation experiences we have had and we have traveled all over the world. The customer service is exemplary, the amenities are stellar, location perfect and they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return!! (and we most definitely will)!

Review 14：We travel a lot compared to most. In all of our travels we both agree this is probably the best service we have ever received. From the moment we drove up and they came out to get our car and addressed us by name, to taking care of dinner reservations for us, to getting bikes to use, the fitness room, all fantastic. Very personal and professional. The location was remarkably close to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, shopping, river walking it was beautiful

Review 15：Upon check in, there was no room to unload at the bell desk at the curb. So we found parking in the lot behind the hotel. We had our dog, her bed, blankets, luggage et al and made 3 trips to our room. Although we spoke to the bellman at the time, he said there were no carts available for us to get the items from the car. This was extremely frustrating for a hotel of this caliber. When we checked out 3 nights later at 8am, we did the same with our luggage, taking it to the car ourselves. Didn't see the bellman on duty until the last trip to the car was made.

Review 19：Lovely hotel perfectly situated in downtown Bend, easy to locate and parking was accessed directly from the hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.
