Review 1：Overnight parking (self park) was pricey as was the breakfast menu.

Review 2：Excellent staff. Any request was met within minutes. Fantastic Chicago location with beautiful views of the city, river and lake Michigan. Short walk or cab ride to Michigan Avenue, Navy Pier and other Chicago sites.

Review 3：We succeeded to do coffee with the coffee machine in a 50% and we ask for help that did not really improved the success rate !! The machine was "limping", since we have a similar machine at home. He had to ask for shower gel refill every other day !!??

The accommodated us on the 25th floor but the windows were so dirty we couldnt get good photos of the view.

Review 22：Two things: 1) I booked a suite for 5. From the description on your site it sounded that I would get a two bedroom, two bath suite. Upon arrival we had a one bedroom, with sofa bed, sleeping 4. Kate at the front desk handled it admirably. Acknowledged that the website description was not clear and gave us a roll away bed without further charge. Negative experience made neutral thanks to Kate. 2) We booked 5 guests in the room but had to call twice for sufficient towels and once to get the sofa bed made for sleeping our second night. There should be a system to help staff know how many people are in a room and provide adequate services and supplies

Review 23：I enjoy the Chicago Trump and thus deliberately chose to stay a second time, bringing 4 friends. The ambience is great - sophisticated but energetic. The concierge and valet staff were so friendly and helpful. They did things like notice our attire and offer assistance like water when we were headed out to exercise. Very impressive.

Review 34：Hotel room was very comfortable and relaxing. Hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. For example, we accidentally left the privacy button on when we left for the day and our room didn't get serviced. When we returned we called for towels, instead they offered to service the room at 8pm. Check in was quick and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I felt like they were happy to have us stay there.

Also asked to have the pull out bed made before we came back late that evening. We returned and had to call to have sheets put on for our guest. Other than that all else was good.

Review 57：What a pleasure to find, not only the luxury of the hotel, but the warmth and consideration of the employees was exceptional. And you can actually use the refrigerator. You don't have to worry about moving a can or bottle and being charged for it. (Unless, of course, you take it!) I would definitely use this hotel again.

Review 58：I arrived to check in at 3.45 and my room wasn't ready. They did give me another room however it took 2 hours to bring my bags up to the room. I had to call twice. I have stayed in 4 star hotels in the same area that have similar standard and quality of rooms and better customer service.
