Review 1：A lovely hotel that looks modern on the outside, but inside is very quircky. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast was also excellent.

Review 6：It's on a very major road with no allowance for pedestrians - not a pleasant walk up to the old town on a hot day (I did - and was knackered). Not many buses either - basically, you'll need to take a taxi for 20 Euros. Maybe the Spa is great - I didn't try it out.

Review 10：The room that we had was 101 - it was obviously very close to some big hotel appliance or something else because it was very noisy until midnight or so and that was annoying. Eventually the noise stopped.

Review 13：The first Junior Suite we were given wasn't up to our expectations. However, the staff soon accommodated us in another Junior Suite with sea view which was lovely. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Review 14：The reception staff were excellent, even before our stay they modified the arrangements to meet our changing preferences. On arrival, after completing the documentation, we were escorted to our room, shown the location of the Spa area and given a brief summary of the "must see" attractions during our short two-day stay. The restaurant staff were flexible agreeing to make specific meals which weren't on the menu. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience which would certainly encourage us to make a return visit.

Review 15：- Paying nearly $200 for a night and had to bargain for my kids to use the swimming pool free of charge @ an additional $10 pp! (never had that before). Even use of a towel charged separately. - Breakfast quality good, but organisation poor. Queing. - Live in Asia and am used to 5* hotels there, and was shocked with basic quality of room (pretty small, several lights not working, plastic cups 3 of 4 leaking and not usable, just 1 very thin pillow pp, poor interior designing...). Felt like $50 room.

Review 23：Our GPS took us to the entrance to the restaurant not the hotel entrance so we had a hard time finding the real entrance...not the fault of the hotel but signage at the resto to direct us to the main desk would be helpful. The amenities in the washroom lacked hair conditioner but the soap was great. The hotel is located about 15km from the historical centre of San Marino.

Review 24：From the moment of our arrival, the staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is rather old fashioned but everything clean and working well. Our classic double room was a bit small but we did have a balcony with a view to the sea - very pleasant. We chose to have dinner one night in the restaurant of the hotel and it was terrific. I ordered the tortellini and the portion was generous and the taste fabulous! Congrats to the chef! The zuppa inglese was also great!

Review 29：It would have been useful to have some information in the room about supermarkets and other facilities nearby. We could hear the showers and people speaking from the adjoining rooms however this didn't particularly bother us as we only stayed 2 nights and we were out during the day.

Review 31：They did not give a request Bed condition even though I Paid 4 Adult amount. They said Just not available without any consideration discount and Benefit. The result is I paid 4 adult but they give us 3Adults benefits. It's not fair.

Review 33：The restaurant (dinner) food was not very good. The place was very low staffed and the food and service suffered. The breakfast buffet was standard but my Americano smelled terrible both days in a row; I couldn't coke it down. I think that the machine is in need of a cleaning.

Review 34：Honestly, the staff was great. There was always someone there that spoke english, they were helpful, and super friendly. The hotel is pretty, easy to get around, and welcoming. The spa was only 10 euros a day which was awesome and it fit all five of us. The dogs were also only 10 euros a day each and they were welcomed graciously. The housekeeping service was great as well.

Review 40：I have booked a nonsmoking room. Due to very late arrival, all rooms in the price rage I have booked, were taken. So I have been assigned a smoking room, which really smelled horribly. After complaining to reception we were upgraded for one night to a junior-suite, and then had to move the next day to a non smoking room (which was really nice!). In the end: all happy, receptionist exceptionally friendly. If I should stay in S. Marino again, I would stay at the Primavera!

Review 52：When we arrived, the Hotel grounds were being used for a Japanese wedding. The restaurant was closed but for 25 Euros each, we could have access to the buffet, some wine, and enjoy the festivities. This included an Italian singing duo, a famous Japanese soprano, a demonstration of the sword art, another Japanese singer and a traditional Japanese dance. I thought it was absolutely wonderful. The room was spectacularly decorated; it was like being in a sophisticated 1950s Italian movie with Marcello Mastroianni and Sophia Loren.

Review 112：The air-conditioning was warm for a summer night, and it was the minimum possible temperature. A staff member came to help, but we were told that all the settings were right and that it couldn't be made any colder. So the night was not so pleasant. Wi-fi did not work well on my iphone 5s (kept getting disconnected on some apps), but worked fine on all other mac devices.

Review 116：The bathroom was small with a small shower and there was no electric kettle in the room which is always nice to have for coffee or tea in the morning.

Review 117：The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the breakfast wait staff. They go out of their way to be accomodating. The breakfast was excellent with hot made to order eggs, and the reception area has a nice little bar with complimentary snacks and an attractive area to sit and have a glass of wine. Our room was large, with lots of windows.

Review 124：There was nothing we didn't like. The room was great, perfect for myself, wife, and two young children. The location was perfect, just a few kilometers from the lift at the parking garage and the cable car. The pool was also nice, our kids had a fine time swimming around. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was probably the best dinner of our entire trip--the staff turned on cartoons for our kids and gave them chocolate ice cream. Can't be topped for the money.
