Review 1：TeThe lady at the front was very rude and nasty also,maid slam the door in my face twice. The comforter was Dirty on the inside and black little balls in the bed and brown hair was in the bed. We slept in the living room chairs. The woman at the front desk talk to like a child and demanded me to come down stairs after I arrived at 4:45 A.M. and put things aways and marinated my meat. Then I lay down at 8:58 A.M. I asked for two bedrooms and only received one. I had booked for 4 to five night stay. Someone from the resort called me back and stated you all did not the commodation for the 5th floor but only on the first floor and was not interested so I stated to her that I could just change it to a different resort or hotel they stated no no no that's okay miss Williams we'll work something out. No photo in 4 no breakfast.

Review 3：Hot water heater in room only allowed for 1 hot shower. Had to wait a while for the next person to shower. Housekeeping never came.

Review 6：Great apartment. All the amenities you would expect are there. Staff friendly and helpful. The maintenance man was a real character. Had us laughing every time we ran in to him. My wife and I decided it was the best vacation we have had in recent memory.
Review 7：The only ding: the bedroom faced the outside corridor, so you could hear doors, traffic, people talking, etc.

Review 9：The hot water tank must have been set on the hottest setting, so it was noisy. The hw tank is located in the bedroom closet and it kept making a popping sound all night. Had to turn off the main water valve to get it to stop so we could sleep.
Review 10：There were no special events in town, so it was quiet and peaceful in the area and on the beach.
Review 11：You can hear anything and everything outside of the bedroom window. People getting on the elevator at 5:30 in the morning, cars honking multiple times at 6:00 in the morning. Mattress is not comfortable at all. I left a few things behind and still have not received a call back from them after calling twice. Ladies at front desk when we checked in were not friendly at all. They gave us all of the necessary instructions but never once smiled. Oh, the hot water will hurt you! Be careful.

Review 13：The only minor thing I told the desk about was that the shower liner was missing or no existing with just a cotton curtain. Which made a lot of water go everywhere!

Review 15：This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, a great pool & hot tub. My kids were never bored & it felt like home. Can't wait to go back.
Review 16：Didn't like that we couldn't check in earlier then 4pm and had to checkout by 10 am which really isn't good when your traveling with elderly parents, so we didn't get to use what the facilities have to offer--it was quick in and out, kinda of a waste of money for us for one night.

Review 19：Really loved the room. With five people we didn't feel crowded at all. We made most of our meals in the the kitchen which provided all pots and pans, silverware etc. There were different activities such as an ice cream party and a wine and cheese gathering that we enjoyed. There was bicycles and rafts, beach umbrellas and other things that were available to make our stay fun if we chose to rent them.

Review 33：The A/C thermostat had no effect; the air came on at 74 degrees with a loud noise and shut off seconds later at 73 degrees - regardless of the setting. There is no air circulation of any kind in the bedroom (a ceiling fan would help). Trying to sleep in the living room (where there is a fan) didn't work due to the poor quality of the matress on the sofa sleeper causing the bars to be felt. It would be nice if the guests were told on which channel the programming guide could be found. What little sleep we did get was interrupted by sounds that appeared to come from the water heater cycling on and off - all night. We will not be going back to Tropic Sun Towers - it was most certainly not worth the money we had worked to save.
Review 34：The location was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were very nice (our 6 year old granddaughter swam alone for the first time.) The guests and staff were all very well behaved (no foul language or lewd behavior).
Review 35：The furniture was out dated. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable for my daughter. The woman who checked us in was not very pleasant nor was she very knowledgeable. She told me when I checked in that my total upon booking went up from the original agreed amount. I booked my reservation at booking.com. In fact, it was just that the taxes that were added in. The rate remained the same.

Review 37：The one bedroom condo was clean and spacious. The full kitchen was wonderful. Great romantic getaway yet also great for families. On the ocean and close enough to everything. The staff were excellent to deal with and very accomodating.
